राष्ट्रीय राजधानी राज्य क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार GOVERNMENT OF THE NATIONAL CAPITAL TERRITORY OF DELHI दिल्ली, 26 मार्च, 2021 .—जबकि, दिल्ली सरकार ने 'पशुओं में सांसर्गिक एवं संक्रामक रोगों के निवारण और नियंत्रण अधिनियम, २॰॰९' की धारा ऽ की उपधारा (१) के अधीन प्रद्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तारीख ३॰ जुलाई, २॰२॰ की अधिसूचना सं0 एफ.न..३१(१)ए.एच.डी/२॰॰ऽ/॰/गलैण्डर्स/ भाग-३/१ऽऽ४ द्वारा अश्वों को प्रभावित कर रही अनुसूचित रोगों के निवारण, नियत्रंण और उन्मूलन के उद्देश्य से, बीमारी के लक्षण दिखाने वाले अंतिम अश्व के मारने की तारीख से तीन महीने की अवधि तक दिल्ली के ज्चाला नगर, शाहदरा राजस्व जिलें के ॰५ किमी की परीधी से बाहर एवं बाहर से दिल्ली के ज्वाला नगर, शाहदरा राजस्व जिलें में अश्वों की आवाजाही पर रोक लगाई थी;
और जबकि बीमारी के लक्षण दिखाने वाले अंतिम अश्व को मारने की तारीख २९ सितंबर, २॰२॰ से लेकर पिछले तीन महीनों से ग्लैडर्स रोग के किसी नए मामले की सूचना नहीं मिली है;
2 DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY PART IV]अतः अब दिल्ली सरकार पशुओं में सांसर्गिक एवं संक्रामक रोगों के निवारण और नियंत्रण अधिनियम, २॰॰९ (२॰॰९ का २) की धारा ऽ की उपधारा (५) में प्रद्त शक्तियों तथा इसके साथ ही भारत सरकार, मत्स्य पालन, पशुपालन और डेयरी मंत्रालय का प्रंत्राक संख्या K-11053/23/2019-LH दिनांक 15-03-2021 का प्रयोग करते हुए यह समाधान होने पर की अश्वों को प्रभावित कर सकने वाला अनुसूचित रोग अब दिल्ली में मौजूद नही है एतद्द्वारा दिल्ली को ग्लैडर्स के अनुसूचित रोग से मुक्त घोषित करती है तथा दिनांक २ऽ.॰३.२॰२१ से दिल्ली के ंज्चाला नगर, शाहदरा राजस्व जिलें के ॰५ किमी की परीधी से बाहर एवं बाहर से दिल्ली के ज्वाला नगर, शाहदरा राजस्व जिलें में अश्वों की आवाजाही पर लगे प्रतिबंध को हटाती है।

Delhi, the 26th March, 2021
F. No. 31(1)AHD/2006/07/Glanders/Part III/6454.—Whereas, the Delhi Government vide notification No. 31(1)AHD/2006/07/Glanders/Part III/1664 dated 30.07.2020 with the object of preventing, controlling and eradicating the Scheduled disease that is affecting equines restricted the movement of equines to and from around 05 km of Jwala Nagar, Shahdara District, Delhi for a period of three month with effect from the date of last culling of the positive reactor equine in exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (1) of section 6 of the Prevention and Control of Infectious and Contagious Diseases in Animal Act, 2009.
And whereas, no new cases of Glanders disease have been reported to be found positive in equines since last three month from the date of last culling of the positive reactor equine that is from the 29th September, 2020.
And whereas three months from the date of last culling of the positive reactor equine has completed on 29th December, 2020.
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (5) of section 6 of the Prevention and Control of Infectious and Contagious Diseases in Animals Act, 2009 (27 of 2009), read with Government of India, Ministry of Fisheries, Animal Husbandry and Dairying letter No. K-110053/23/2019-LH dated 15.03.2021 the Delhi Government on being satisfied that the scheduled disease that may affect equines is no longer prevalent in Delhi, hereby declares Delhi free from the scheduled disease of Glanders and lifts the restrictions on equines movement to and from around 05 km of Jwala Nagar, Shahdara District, Delhi with effect from 26.03.2021.
