व्यय IV IV .—दिल्ली माल और सेवाकर अधिनियम, 2017 (2017 का 03)(जिसे इसके पश्चात इस अधिसूचना में उक्त अधिनियम कहा गया है) की धारा 128 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, परिषद की सिफारिशों पर, राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल, अधिसूचना स. 14/2020-राज्यकर, तारीख 4 नवम्बर, 2020, दिल्ली के राजपत्र, असाधारण के भाग चार में सं0फा0 03(55)/वित्त (राजस्व-I)/2020-21/डीएस-IV/135, तारीख 4 नवम्बर, 2020 के प्रावधानों का 1 दिसंबर, 2020 से 31 मार्च, 2021 तक के बीच की अवधि में अनुपालन नहीं करने पर उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 125 के तहत देय दंड की राशि को माफ करते हैं, यह इस शर्त के अधीन है कि उक्त व्यक्ति 1 अप्रैल, 2021 से उक्त अधिसूचना के प्रावधानों का अनुपालन करता है। 2. यह अधिसूचना 29 नवम्बर, 2020 से लागू होगी ।

No. F.3 (86)/Fin (Exp-IV)/2020-21/DS-IV/ 308.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 128 of the Delhi Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (03 of 2017) (hereafter in this notification referred to as the said Act), the Lt. Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby waives the amount of penalty payable by any registered personunder section 125 of the said Act for non-compliance of the provisions of notification No.14/2020 – State Tax, dated the 4th November, 2020, published in the Gazette of Delhi, Extraordinary, Part IV, published vide No. F.3(55)/Fin (Rev-I)/2020-21/DS-IV/135, dated the 4th November,2020, between the period from the 01st day of December, 2020 to the 31st day of March, 2021, subject to the condition that the said person complies with the provisions of the said notification from the 01st day of April, 2021.
2. This notification shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from the 29th day of November, 2020.
