व्यय IV IV .—दिल्ली माल और सेवा कर

अधिनियम, 2017 (2017 का 03) (जिसे इसके पश्चात इस अधिसूचना में उक्त अधिनियम कहा गया है) की धारा 148 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, परिषद की सिफारिशों पर, एतद्द्‌वारा, राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल, राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के वित्त विभाग (राजस्व-I) की अधिसूचना संख्या 47/2019-राज्यकर, दिनांक 24 दिसम्बर, 2019, जिसे सं0फा0 03(98)/वित्त (राजस्व-I)/2019-20/डीएस-VI/634, दिनांक 24 दिसम्बर, 2019, के तहत, दिल्ली के राजपत्र,आसाधारण, के भाग-IV में प्रकाशित किया गया था, में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करते हैं, अर्थात्‌ः- 1997 DG/2021 (1) 2 DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY PART IV] उक्त अधिसूचना में, शुरुआती पैरा में, ''वित्तीय वर्ष 2017-18 और 2018-19'' शब्दों और अंकों के स्थान पर"वित्तीय वर्ष 2017-18, 2018-19 और 2019-20'' शब्द और अंक प्रतिस्थापित किए जाएंगे । 2. यह अधिसूचना 15 अक्टूबर, 2020 से लागू होगी ।

NOTIFICATION

Delhi, the 31st March, 2021

No. 77/2020– State Tax

No.F3(87)/Fin(Exp-IV)/2020-21/DS- IV / 309.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 148 of the Delhi Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (03 of 2017) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Lt. Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi in the Department of Finance, (Revenue-I),No. 47/2019 – State Tax dated the 24th December, 2019, published in the Gazette of Delhi, Extraordinary, Part IV, published vide No. F.3 (98)/Fin (Rev-I)/2019-20/DS-VI/634, dated the 24th December, 2019, namely: - In the said notification in the opening paragraph, for the words andfigures "financial years 2017-18 and 2018-19", the words andfigures "financial years 2017-18, 2018-19 and 2019-20" shall be substituted.

2. This notification shall come into force from the 15th day of October, 2020.
