.—संविधान के अनुछेद 309, गृह मंत्रालय, भारत
सरकार की अधिसूचना संख्या F.1/2/70-DH(S) दिनांक 29 मई 1970 के साथ, अधिसूचना संख्या F.1/2/70-DH(S) दिनांक 25 जुलाई 1970 द्वारा संशोधित एवं परिवार न्यायालय अधिनियम 1984 (1984 का अधिनियम संख्यांक 66) की धारा 3 के साथ दिल्ली उच्च न्यायिक सेवा नियम 1970 के नियम 2 के खंड (ख) एवं नियम 4 और इस सम्बन्ध में उसे सक्षम करने वाली अन्य सभी शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए एवं दिल्ली के उच्च न्यायालय के परामर्श से, राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल, परिवार न्यायालयों के न्यायाधीशों के पदों को दिल्ली उच्च न्यायिक सेवा के कै डर पदों मे शामिल करने का आदेश करते हैं ।

No. F.6/48/2019-Judl./Suptlaw/396-402.—In exercise of the powers conferred by article 309 of the Constitution read with the Government of India, Ministry of Home Affairs Notification No. F. 1/2/70- DH(S) dated the 29th may, 1970 as amended by Notification No. 1/2/70-DH(S) dated the 25th July, 1970, and section 3 of the Family Courts Act, 1984 (66 of 1984) read with clause (b) of rule 2 and rule 4 of the Delhi Higher Judicial Services Rules, 1970, and all other powers enabling him in this behalf, the Lt. Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, in consultation with the High Court of Delhi, is pleased to order to encadre the post of Judges, Family Courts as cadre posts in Delhi Higher Judicial Services.
