सं. एफ. 1/367/गु.चु.नि./2020/3867.—दिल्ली सिख गुरुद्वारा अधिनियम, 1971 (1971 का 82 वाँ) की धारा 13 के अंतर्गत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा इसके सहित पठित दिल्ली सिख गुरुद्वारा प्रबंधक कमेटी (सदस्यों का चुनाव) नियम, 1974 के नियम 4 के अंतर्गत दिए गए अधिकारों का प्रयोग करते हुए, 30 मार्च, 2021 की अधिसूचना संख्या एसजी-डीएल-ई- 31032021-226284 के आंशिक आशोधन में निम्नलिखित अधिकारियों को श्री कु लवेन्द्र यादव तथा श्री ए. एल. मदान के स्थान पर संबंधित गुरुद्वारा वार्डों, जो उनके नामों के सामने दर्शाये गये हैं, का निर्वाचन अधिकारी के रूप में आगामी दिल्ली सिख गुरुद्वारा प्रबंधक कमेटी के होने वाले आम चुनावों हेतु नियुक्त किया जाता है :-

Delhi, the 19th April, 2021
No. F. 1/367/DGE/2020/3867.—In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 13 of The Delhi Sikh Gurdwaras Act, 1971 (82 of 1971), read with Rule 4 of The Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee (Election of Members) Rules, 1974, and in partial modification of Notification No. SG-DL-E- 31032021-226284 dated 30th March, 2021 the following Officers are appointed as Returning Officers in place of Sh. Kulvendra Yadav and Sh. A.L. Madan of respective Gurdwara Wards, as shown against their names in connection with the forthcoming General Election to Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee.
