सं. एफ. 1/55/गु.चु.नि./2016/3991.—यद्यपि उपराज्यपाल, दिल्ली ने दिल्ली सिख गुरुद्वारा प्रबंधक समिति (सदस्यों का चुनाव) नियमावली, 1974 के नियम 11 द्वारा प्रदत शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए दिनांक 31.03.2021 की अधिसूचना संख्या एस.जी.-डी.एल.-अ.-31032021-226283 के आंशिक आशोधन में दिल्ली में कोविड-19 के बढते मामलों के कारण दिल्ली सिख गुरुद्वारा प्रबंधक समिति के 25 अप्रैल, 2021 को होने वाले चुनाव स्थगित कर दिए गए हैं । अब, इसलिए, दिल्ली सिख गुरुद्वारा प्रबंधक समिति (सदस्यों का चुनाव) नियमावली, 1974 के नियम 12 के द्वारा प्रदत शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, दिनांक 31.03.2021 की अधिसूचना संख्या एस.जी.-डी.एल.-अ.-31032021- 226290 के आंशिक आशोधन में, मैं नरिदर सिह, निदेशक, गुरुद्वारा चुनाव, दिल्ली यह अधिसूचित करता हूँ कि कोविड-19 के बढते मामलों के कारण दिल्ली सिख गुरुद्वारा प्रबंधक समिति के 25 अप्रैल, 2021 को होने वाले चुनाव स्थगित किए जाते है । 2 DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY PART IV] DIRECTORATE OF GURDWARA ELECTIONS NOTIFICATION

No. F 1/55/DGE/2016/3991.—Whereas the Lt. Governor, Delhi in exercise of powers conferred upon him under Rule 11 of the Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee (Election of Members) Rules, 1974, in partial modification of the earlier Notification No. SG-DL-E-31032021-226283 dated 31st March, 2021 has postponed the General Elections to the Delhi Sikh Gurudwara Management Committee, scheduled for 25th April, 2021, on account of surge in the Covid-19 cases in Delhi.
Now, therefore, in partial modification of Notification No. SG-DL-E-01042021-226290 dated 31st March, 2021 and in pursuance of the provisions of Rule 12 of the Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee (Election of Members) Rules, 1974. I, Narinder Singh, Director, Gurdwara Elections, Delhi hereby notify that the General Elections to the Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee, scheduled for 25th April, 2021 stand postponed, on account of surge in the Covid-19 cases in Delhi.
