अधिसूचना दिल्ली, 4 मई, 2021 सं.फा. 50(18)/2000/औ. नि./स्था./पार्ट फाइल/814-822.-औषधि एवं प्रसाधन सामग्री नियमावली 1945 के नियम 2 के उपनियम (i)तथा स्वास्थ्य मंत्रालय, दिल्ली सरकार की दिनांक 12 अक्टूबर 1957 की अधिसूचना सं. 12-72/57-डी के साथ पठित औषधि एवं प्रसाधन सामग्री अधिनियम, 1940 (1940 का 23) की धारा 21 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल एतद्‌द्वारा उक्त अधिनियम के प्रयोजनार्थ संपूर्ण राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के लिये निर्धारित योग्यताएं रखने वाले औषधि नियंत्रण विभाग के निम्नलिखित अधिकारियों को अधिसूचना की तिथि से औषधि निरीक्षक के रूपमें नियुक्त करते हैं, अर्थात्‌ :-। 1. श्रीमती अंकुर शर्मा 2. श्री राम कुमार कुम्हार 3. श्री सुनीत सेठी 4. श्री हेमन्त कुमार 5. श्री कृष्ण कुमार रामावत राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल के आदेश से तथा उनके नाम पर, उदित प्रकाश राय, विशेष-सचिव (स्वा. एवं परि. कल्या.) 2463DG/21 (1) 2 DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY PART IV] HEALTH AND FAMILY WELFARE DEPARTMENT NOTIFICATION

No. F.No 50(18)/2000/DC/Estt/Part File/814-822.—In exercise of the power conferred by section 21 of the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 (23 of 1940) read with The Government of Delhi, Ministry of Health vide Notification No. 12-72/57-D, dated 12th October, 1957 and clause (i) of rule 2 of the Drugs and Cosmetics Rules, 1945, the Lt. Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi is pleased to appoint the following officers of the Drugs Control Department as Drugs Inspectors having the prescribed qualifications for the whole of the National Capital Territory of Delhi for the purpose of said Act, with effect from the date of notification, namely:-

1. Smt. Ankur Sharma

2. Sh. Ram Kumar Kumhar

3. Sh. Sunit Sethi

4. Sh. Hemant Kumar

5. Sh. Krishna Kumar Ramavath
