औषधि एवं प्रसाधन सामग्री नियमावली, 1945 के नियम 2 के उपनियम (i) तथा स्वास्थ्य मंत्रालय, दिल्ली सरकार की दिनांक 12 अक्टूबर 1957 की अधिसूचना सं. 12-72/57-डी के साथ पठित चिकित्सा युक्ति नियमावली, 2017 के नियम 18 के उपनियम (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल एतद्‌द्वारा राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार द्वारा नियुक्त तथा औषधि एवं प्रसाधन सामग्री अधिनियम, 1940 की धारा 21 के अन्तर्गत निरीक्षक के रूप में अधिसूचित समस्त औषधि निरीक्षकों को संपूर्ण राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के लिये उक्त नियमों के क्रियान्वयन हेतु इस अधिसूचना की तारीख से तथा अगले आदेशों तक ''चिकित्सा युक्ति अधिकारी'' के रूप में नामित करते हैं।

No. 50(18)/2000/DC/Estt/Part File/826-831.— In exercise of the powers conferredby sub-rule (2) of rule 18 of the Medical Devices Rules, 2017, read with the Government of Delhi, Ministry of Health vide Notification No. 12-72/57-D dated the 12th October, 1957 and clause (i) of section 2 of the Drugs and Cosmetics Rules, 1945, the Lt. Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi hereby designates all the Drugs Inspectors appointed by Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi and notified as an Inspector under section 21 of the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940, as 'Medical Device Officer' for implementation of the said rules for whole of the National Capital Territory of Delhi from the date of notification and until further orders.
