.— विधिक सेवाएं प्राधिकरण अधिनियम,
1987 (1987 का केन्द्रीय अधिनियम 39) की धारा 2 की उपधारा (1) के खंड (प) के साथ पठित धारा 28 द्वारा प्रदा शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल, उच्च न्यायालय, दिल्ली के मुख्य न्यायाधीश के परामर्श से एतद् द्वारा दिल्ली विधिक सेवाएँ प्राधिकरण नियमावली, 1996 में संशोधन के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात् :-

ः- (1) इन नियमों को दिल्ली विधिक सेवाएँ प्राधिकरण (संशोधन)
नियमावली, 2021 कहा जाए। 2 DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY PART IV] :- मूल नियमावली के नियम 13 में ''एक लाख'' शब्दों के स्थान पर ''तीन
लाख'' शब्दों को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा।राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल के आदेश से तथा उनके नाम पर,

Delhi, the 28th May, 2021
No. F. 27/3/2003-Judl./Suptlaw/430-436.— In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 28 read with clause (i) of sub-section (1) of section 2 of the Legal Services Authorities Act, 1987 (Central Act 39 of 1987), the Lt. Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, in consultation with the Chief Justice of the High Court of Delhi, hereby makes the following rules to amend the Delhi Legal Services Authorities Rules, 1996, namely:-
1. Short title and commencement – (1) These rules may be called the Delhi Legal Services Authorities (Amendment) Rules, 2021.
2. They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Delhi Gazette.
Amendment in Rule 13:- In the principal Rules, in rule 13, the words, "One Lac", shall be
substituted with the words "Three Lacs".
