दिल्ली विधिक सेवाएं प्राधिकरण नियमावली, 1996 के नियम 5 के उप-नियम (1) एवं दिल्ली विधिक सेवा प्राधिकरण (संशोधन) नियमावली, 2010 के नियम 3 के उप-नियम (5) के साथ पठित अद्यतन यथासंशोधित रूप में, विधिक सेवा प्राधिकरण अधिनियम, 1987 की धारा 6 (2) (सी) में निहित प्रावधानों के अनुसरण में राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल, दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय के मुख्य न्यायाधीश के परामर्श से दिल्ली राज्य विधिक सेवाएं प्राधिकरण के पदेन सदस्यों के अतिरिक्त निम्नलिखित सदस्यों के पुनः नामांकन कार्योत्तर को तत्काल प्रभाव से दिनांक 03.03.2018 से 02.03.2020 तक एवं आगे पुनः नामांकन दिनांक 03.03.2020 से 02.03.2022 तक की अवधि के 2 DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY PART IV]

In pursuance of the provisions contained in Section 6 (2) (c) of Legal Service Authorities Act, 1987, as amended up to date, read with sub-rule (5) of rule 3 of Delhi Legal Service Authorities (Amendment) Rules, 2010 and sub-rule (1) of rule 5 of Delhi Legal Services Authority Rules, 1996, the Lt. Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, in consultation with the Chief Justice of the High Court of Delhi, is pleased to grant ex-post facto re-nomination of the following Members other than Ex-Officio members of the Delhi State Legal Services Authority, for the period w.e.f. 03.03.2018 to 02.03.2020 and further re-nominate w.e.f. 03.03.2020 to 02.03.2022:-
