राष्ट्रीय राजधानी राज्य क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार GOVERNMENT OF THE NATIONAL CAPITAL TERRITORY OF DELHI दिल्ली, 19 अप्रैल, 2021 मानव अंग एवं उत्तक प्रत्यारोपण नियमावली, 2014 के नियम 12 के साथ पठित मानव अंग एवं उत्तक प्रत्यारोपण अधिनियम, 1994 (1994 का 42) की धारा 9 की उप धारा (4) के खण्ड (ख) के अनुसरण में तथा डॉ0 राम मनोहर लोहिया अस्पताल, नई दिल्ली के संबंध में दिनांक 20 जनवरी, 2014 की एसओ 217 (ई) के अनुसार भारत का राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग-II खण्ड-3, उप खण्ड (ii) में प्रकाशित स्वास्थ्य एवं परिवार कल्याण मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार की अधिसूचना के अधिक्रमण में माननीय स्वास्थ्य मंत्री, राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेेत्र दिल्ली सरकार एतद्द्वारा डॉ0 राम मनोहर लोहिया अस्पताल, नई दिल्ली के लिए अधिसूचना की तिथि से अस्पताल आधारित प्राधिकार समिति का पुनर्गठन करते हैं, समिति में निम्नलिखित व्यक्ति शामिल होंगे, अर्थात् :-

No. AA/DOTC/2016/HBAC/3036/175-184.—In accordance with the clause (b) of sub-section (4) of section 9 of the Transplantation of Human Organs and Tissues Act, 1994 (42 of 1994) read with rule 12 of the Transplantation of Human Organs and Tissues Rules, 2014 and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II-Section 3- Sub-section (ii), vide number S.O. 217(E) dated the 20th January, 2014 in so far as it relates to Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital, New Delhi, Hon'ble Health Minister Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi hereby reconstitutes the Hospital Base Authorization Committee for Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital, New Delhi, consisting of the following persons with effect from the date of notification namely:-
