राष्ट्रीय राजधानी राज्य क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार GOVERNMENT OF THE NATIONAL CAPITAL TERRITORY OF DELHI दिल्ली, 9 जून, 2021 दिल्ली अल्पसंख्यक आयोग अधिनियम,1999 (दिल्ली अधिनियम 2000 की संख्या 1) की धारा 16 द्वारा प्रदा शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए दिल्ली अल्पसंख्यक आयोग नियम-2000 में संशोधन करने के लिए, उपराज्यपाल, राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली, निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते है, अर्थात्‌ः-

(1) इन नियमों को दिल्ली अल्पसंख्यक आयोग (संशोधन) नियम-2021 कहा जाएगा। 1.

(2) यह नियम दिल्ली राजपत्र में अधिसूचना की तारीख से लागू होंगे। 2. 2 दिल्ली अल्पसंख्यक आयोग (आयोग के अध्यक्ष और सदस्यों के वेतन और सेवा की अन्य शर्तें) नियम-2000 में; नियम-3 में, उप-नियम (1) व (2), निम्नलिखित उप-नियमों को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा, अर्थात्‌ः-"(1) आयोग के अध्यक्ष को 2,00,000/- रुपये (दो लाख रुपये मात्र) प्रति माह की एक निश्चित समेकित राशि का भुगतान किया जाएगा, यदि वह पूर्णकालिक सेवा प्रदान करता है। अध्यक्ष मौजूदा नियमों के अनुसार कार और घर या मकान किराया भाा के हकदार होंगे। 3109 DG/2021 (1) 2 DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY PART IV] (2) आयोग के प्रत्येक सदस्य को 1,00,000/- रुपये (एक लाख रुपये मात्र) प्रति माह की एक निश्चित समेकित राशि का भुगतान किया जाएगा, यदि वह पूर्णकालिक सेवा प्रदान करता है।" माननीय उपराज्यपाल,

NOTIFICATION

Delhi, the 9th June, 2021

F. 43(61)/Min./Div.Comm./2020/366.—In exercise of powers conferred by Section 16 of the Delhi Minorities Commission Act-1999, (Delhi Act No.1 of 2000), the Lt. Governor of National Capital Territory of Delhi, hereby makes the following rules to amend the Delhi Minorities Commission Rules-2000, namely:-

1. Short Title and Commencement:- (1) The rules may be called the Delhi Minorities Commission (Amendment) Rules-2021.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their notification in the Delhi Gazette.

2. Amendment of Rule 3 in Chapter-II:- In the Delhi Minorities Commission (Salary and other conditions of service of the Chairperson and Members of the Commission) Rules-2000; in rule-3, the sub-rules (1) and (2), the following sub-rules shall substituted, namely:-

"(1) There shall be paid to the Chairperson of the Commission, a fixed consolidated amount of Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs only ) per mensem if he/she renders full time service. The Chairperson will also be entitled to a car and house or HRA as applicable as per the extant rules.

(2) There shall be paid to each Member of the Commission a fixed consolidated amount of Rs. 100,000/- (Rupees One Lakh only) per mensem if he/she renders full time service."
