फा. सं. 10/2/2021-22/एसआरडी/वित्त(बी)/जेएसबजट/969-978.—दिल्ली आबकारी अधिनियम, 2009 (2010 का दिल्ली अधिनियम 10) की धारा 81 की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल दिनांक 11 जून 2021 को उस तारीख के रूप में नियत करते है, जिसको दिल्ली आबकारी (संशोधन) नियम 2021 के संशोधित नियम 2, 24, 30, 32, 33, 35, 36, 37, 45, 51, 53, 55, 58, 66, 69, 82, 151, 154 प्रवृत्त होंगे।
राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल
के आदेश से तथा उनके नाम पर 2 DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY PART IV] FINANCE (REV-I) DEPARTMENT NOTIFICATION Delhi, the 10th June, 2021 No. F.10/2//2021-22/SRD/Fin(B)/JSBUDGET/969-978.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 81 of the Delhi Excise Act, 2009 (Delhi Act 10 of 2010), the Lt. Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi hereby appoints the 11th day of June, 2021 as the date on which the amended provisions of Rules 2, 24, 30, 32, 33, 35, 36, 37, 45, 51, 53, 55, 58, 66, 69, 82, 151, 154 of Delhi Excise (Amendment) Rules, 2021, shall come into force.
