फा. सं. 1 .— दिल्ली पुलिस अधिनियम, 1978 (1978 का 34) की धारा 147 की उप धाराओं (1) एवं (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल एतद्‌ द्वारा दिल्ली पुलिस (नियुक्ति एवं भर्ती) नियमावली, 1980 में आगे संशोधन के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात :-

(क) '' वेतन मान '' से संंबंधित क्रम संख्या 4 पर कॉलम के समक्ष प्रविष्टि के लिए निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टि को प्रतिस्थापित किया जायेगा, अर्थात्‌ः-

'' स्तर -4 (25,500 - 81,100/- रूपये)

अधिसूचना सं0 फा0 10/52/80-गृह (पुलिस )/स्था0 (i) दिनांक 31.12.1980 के अनुसार दिल्ली पुलिस (नियुक्ति एवं भर्ती) नियमावली, 1980 का मूल नियम तथा (i) अधिसूचना सं0 फा0 5/46/84-गृह (पुलिस )/स्था0 दिनांक 31.07.1986 (ii) अधिसूचना सं0 फा0 16/02/2010/ गृह पुलिस -1/स्था0/4366-4371 दिनांक 05.11.2012 के अनुसार आगे संशोधित ।

Delhi, the 14th June, 2021

F.16/21/2020/HP-/Estt./545 to 551—In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub- Sections-(1) and (2) of section 147 of Delhi Police Act, 1978 (34 of 1978), Lieutenant Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi is pleased to make the following Rules further to amend the Delhi Police (Appointment and Recruitment) Rules, 1980, namely:-

1. Short title and (1) These Rules may be called the Delhi Police

commencement (Appointment and Recruitment) (Amendment) Rules, 2021.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Delhi

Gazette.

2. Amendment of 17-B (xiii) In the Delhi Police (Appointment and Recruitment) Rules, 1980, in Rule 17-B (xiii), relating to the post of Mast Lasker (Head Constable) of Communication Unit in Delhi Police.

(a) For the entry against the column at serial No. 4 relating to the "Scale of Pay" the following entry shall be substituted, namely:-

"Level-4 (Rs. 25,500-81,100/-)

Note: The Principal Rule of Delhi Police (Appointment & Recruitment) Rules, 1980 vide Notification No.F.10/52/80- Home(Police)/Estt.(i) dated 31.12.1980 and further amended vide (i) Notification No. F.5/46/84-Home(P)/Estt. dated 31.07.1986 (ii) Notification No. F.16/02/2010/HP-1/Estt./4366-4371 dated 5.11.2012.
