राष्ट्रीय राजधानी राज्य क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार GOVERNMENT OF THE NATIONAL CAPITAL TERRITORY OF DELHI दिल्ली, 23 जून, 2021 .—राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली में यथा विस्तारित बम्बई गृह रक्षक अधिनियम, 1947 की धारा 8 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल एतद्‌ द्वारा दिल्ली गृह रक्षक नियमावली, 1959 में आगे संशोधन करने के लिये निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात्‌ :-

(1) इन नियमों को दिल्ली गृह रक्षक (द्वितीय संशोधन) नियमावली, 2021 कहा जा सकेगा।

(2) ये दिल्ली राजपत्र में अपने प्रकाशन की तिथि से प्रभावी होंगे।

दिल्ली गृह रक्षक नियमावली, 1959 के नियम 8 में, आठवें परन्तुक को2. सन्निविष्ट किया जायेगा, अर्थात्‌ :- (1) 3434 DG/2021 2 DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY PART IV] ''यह भी उपबंधित है कि आपातिक स्थिति में गृह रक्षक स्वंयसेवकों की अल्पकालिक आवश्यकताओं को पूरा करने के लिए, सरकार गृह रक्षक स्वयंसेवकों की नियुक्ति केवल पूर्व गृह रक्षक स्वयंसेवकों के मौजूदा पूल (समूह) से कर सकती है, अन्यथा जो मौजूदा मानदंडों के अनुसार नामांकित होने के लिये उपयुक्त हैं।''

राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के

उपराज्यपाल के आदेश से तथा उनके नाम पर,

विवेक कुमार नरेश, उप- सचिव (गृह) मूल नियम दिनांक 20 जुलाई, 1959, सं. फा. 4/59-सी.डी. दिल्ली राजपत्र असाधारण के भाग चार में प्रकाशित हुए थे तथा मूल नियम के नियम 8 में निम्न अधिसूचनाओं के द्वारा अन्तिम चार संशोधन किए गए :

1. दिनांक 07.04.2021 की अधिसूचना सं. 1/02/2019/गृ. सा./977-989 । 2. दिनांक 27.03.2020 की अधिसूचना सं. 1/02/2019/गृ. सा./1413-1425 । 3. दिनांक 03.10.2019 की अधिसूचना सं. 1/28/2019/गृ. सा./5840-5852। 4. दिनांक 27.2.2019 की अधिसूचना सं. फा. 1/2/2019/एचजी/1016-1028 ।

Delhi, the 23rd June, 2021

No.F.1/28/2019/HG/1230-1242.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 8 of the Bombay Home Guards Act, 1947, as extended to the National Capital Territory of Delhi, the Lt. Governor of National Capital Territory of Delhi, hereby makes the following rules to amend the Delhi Home Guards Rules, 1959, namely :—

1. Short title and commencement – (1) These rules may be called the Delhi Home Guards (2nd Amendment) Rules, 2021.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Delhi Gazette.

2. Amendment of rule 8 – In the Delhi Home Guard Rules, 1959, the eighth proviso of Rule 8 shall be substituted namely: —

"provided also that, in order to meet short term requirements of Home Guard Volunteers in emergent situation, Government may allow appointment of Home Guard Volunteers from the existing pool of Ex-Home Guard Volunteers only, who are otherwise fit to be enrolled as per existing criteria."
