सं.फा.1/55/डीजीई/2016/आर.ओ.(45)/4356.—एक रिपोर्ट प्राप्त हुई है कि शिरोमणि अकाली दल दिल्ली के श्री जगतार सिह जग्गा, दिल्ली सिख गुरुद्वारा प्रबंधक समिति 2021 के आम चुनाव, जो 25.04.2021 को आयोजित किया जाना था लेकिन दिनांक 23.04.2021 के अधिसूचना संख्या एस.जी.-डी.एल.-अ-23042021-226741 के तहत स्थगित कर दिया गया था, के लिए आरक्षित चुनाव चिन्ह 'कार' के साथ वार्ड संख्या 45 - खुरेजी खास से उम्मीदवार थे, स्वास्थ्य सेवा विभाग, प्राथमिक स्वास्थ्य कें द्र, गढ़ी हरसरू, हरियाणा सरकार द्वारा जारी दिनांक 24.05.2021 के मृत्यु प्रमाण पत्र सं. डी-2021:6-00438-000137 के अनुसार उनकी मृत्यु 25.04.2021 हो गई है ।
मैं, लोके श प्रसाद सिन्हा, रिटनिग ऑफिसर, वार्ड 45 - खुरेजी खास, दिल्ली सिख गुरुद्वारा प्रबन्धक समिति (सदस्यों का चुनाव) नियम, 1974 के नियम 34 के प्रावधानों के अनुसरण में, एतद्द्वारा वार्ड 45 - खुरेजी खास के चुनाव को रद्द करता हूँ और यह निदिष्ट करता हूँ कि वार्ड 45 - खुरेजी खास से नए चुनाव के संदर्भ में सभी कार्यवाही हर तरह से नए सिरे से शुरू की जाएगी । 2 DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY PART IV] आगे यह निदिष्ट किया गया जाता है कि दिल्ली सिख गुरुद्वारा प्रबंधक समिति (सदस्यों का चुनाव) नियम, 1974 के नियम 34 के प्रावधान के अनुसार, उस व्यक्ति के मामले में कोई और नामांकन आवश्यक नहीं होगा जो मतदान रद्द करने के समय चुनाव लड़ने वाला उम्मीदवार था और कोई भी व्यक्ति जिसने मतदान रद्द करने से पहले नियम 20 के तहत अपनी उम्मीदवारी वापस लेने की सूचना दी है मतदान रद्द के बाद चुनाव के लिए उम्मीदवार के रूप में नामित होने के लिए, अपात्र नहीं होगा ।

Delhi, the 29th June, 2021
No. F.1/55/DGE/2016/R.O.(45)/4356.—A report has been received that Shri Jagtar Singh Jagga, a contesting candidate of Shiromani Akali Dal Delhi with reserved symbol 'CAR' for the General Election to the Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee 2021, from Ward No. 45 – Khureji Khas, which were scheduled to be held on 25.04.2021 but were postponed vide notification no. SG-DL-E-23042021-226741 dated 23-04-2021 has expired on 25.04.2021, as per Death Certificate no. D-2021: 6-00438- 000137 dated 24-05-2021 issued by Department of Health Services, Primary Health Centre, Garhi Harsaru, Government of Haryana.
I, Lokesh Prasad Sinha, Returning Officer, Ward 45 – Khureji Khas, in pursuance of provisions of Rule 34 of the Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee (Election of Members) Rules, 1974, hereby countermand the poll in respect of election from Ward No. 45 – Khureji Khas and specify that all proceedings with reference to the election from Ward 45 – Khureji Khas shall be commenced afresh in all respects as if for a new election.
It is further specified that as provided in Rule 34 of the Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee (Election of Members) Rules, 1974, no further nomination shall be necessary in the case of a person who was a contesting candidate at the time of countermanding of the poll and no person who has given a notice of withdrawal of his candidature under rule 20 before the countermanding of the poll shall be ineligible for being nominated as a candidate for the election after the countermanding.
