IV IV .—दिल्ली माल और सेवा कर अधिनियम, 2017 (2017 के 03) की धारा 128 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, परिषद की सिफारिशों पर,राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल, अधिसूचना सं. 89/2020 -राज्य कर, तारीख31 मार्च, 2021, जिसे सं.फा. 03(86)/वित्त (व्यय- IV)/2020-21/डीएस- IV/308, तारीख 31 मार्च, 2021के तहत दिल्ली के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग- IV में प्रकाशित किया गया था, निम्नलिखित संशोधन करते हैं, अर्थात :-

उक्त अधिसूचना में,(i) पहले अनुच्छेद में, "31 मार्च" अंको और शब्दों के स्थान पर "30 जून" अंको और शब्दों को प्रतिस्थापित किया जायेगा । 3984 DG/2021 (1) 2 DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY PART IV] (ii) पहले अनुच्छेद में, "1अप्रैल" अंको और शब्दों के स्थान पर "1 जुलाई" अंको और शब्दों को प्रतिस्थापित किया जायेगा । राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल

No. F. 3(103)/Fin.(Exp-IV)/2021-22/DS-IV/580.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 128 of the Delhi Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Act No. 3 of 2017),Lt. Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi in the Department of Finance, (Expenditure-IV), No. 89/2020 – State Tax dated the 31st March, 2021,published in the Gazette of Delhi, Extraordinary, Part IV, published vide No. F.3 (86)/Fin.(Exp-IV)/2020-21/DS-IV/308, dated the 31st March, 2021 namely: -

In the said notification, –

(i) in the first paragraph, for the figures, letters and words, "31st day of March", the figures, letters and words "30th day of June", shall be substituted;

(ii) in the first paragraph, for the figures, letters and words, "01st day of April", the figures, letters and words "1st day of July", shall be substituted.
