.—विस्थापित व्यक्तियों का पुनःस्थापन (भूमि अधिग्रहण) अधिनियम, 1948 की धारा 7 की उप धारा (1) के खण्ड (ख) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल एतद्‌ द्वारा सिविल रिट याचिका संख्या 1993 की 2685 दिनांक 19.4.1996 तथा सिविल रिट याचिका संख्या 2018 की 14025 दिनांक 21.1.2020 में माननीय उच्च न्यायालय दिल्ली के आदेशों के संदर्भ में उक्त अधिनियम की शर्तों में प्रतिपूर्ति निर्धारण के लिए श्री आर.एस. वर्मा , अपर सचिव , विधायी मामले विभाग, विधि एवं न्याय मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार , शास्त्री भवन, नई दिल्ली को ''मध्यस्थ'' के रूप में नियुक्त करते हैं ।

राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल के आदेश से तथा उसने नाम पर,तपन झा, सहायक बन्दोबस्त आयुक्त (ईपी सैल) 4000 DG/2021 (1) 2 DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY PART IV] LAND & BUILDING DEPARTMENT (Evacuee Property Cell)

ORDER

Delhi, the 15th July, 2021

No.F.16/L&B/EP Cell/2013/1475-1478.—In exercise of powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (1) of Section 7 of the Re-Settlement of Displaced Persons (Land Acquisition) Act, 1948, the Lt. Governor, Delhi is pleased to appoint Shri R.S. Verma, Additional Secretary, Govt. of India, Ministry of Law & Justice, Department of Legal Affairs, Shastri Bhawan, New Delhi as an "Arbitrator" for determining the compensation in terms of the said Act, with reference to the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi orders in Civil Writ Petition No. 2685 of 1993 dated 19.04.1996 and Civil Writ Petition No. 14025 of 2018 dated 21.01.2020.
