सं.एफ. 1/55/गु.चु.नि./2016/4629.—क्रमशः दिनांक 31-03-2021, 23-04-2021 और 29-06-2021 के अधिसूचना संख्या एफ.1/55/डीजीई/2016/3150, संख्या एफ.1/55/डीजीई/2016/3991, संख्या एफ.1/55/डीजीई/2016/4356 के क्रम में और यधपि उपराज्यपाल दिल्ली ने दिल्ली सिख गुरुद्वारा अधिनियम, 1971(1971का 82वां) की धारा 3 के अन्तर्गत जो कि दिल्ली सिख गुरुद्वारा प्रबंधक समिति (सदस्यों का चुनाव) नियमावली, 1974 के नियम 11 के सहित पठित द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के गुरुद्वारा वार्ड सं. 45, खुरेजी खास के सिख मतदाताओं को उनके संबंधित गुरुद्वारा वार्ड के सदस्य के निर्वाचन के लिए दिल्ली राजपत्र में अधिसूचना सं. एफ. 1/55/गु.चु.नि./2016/4628 दिनांक 28.07.2021 द्वारा आमंत्रित किया है । अब, इसलिए, दिल्ली सिख गुरुद्वारा प्रबंधक समिति (सदस्यों का चुनाव) नियमावली, 1974 के नियम 12 के अंतर्गत प्रदत्त 2 DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY PART IV] (ख) 5 अगस्त, 2021 (गुरुवार) नामांकन पत्रों की जांच की तिथि (ग) 7 अगस्त, 2021 (शनिवार) उम्मीद्वारी वापस लेने की अंतिम तिथि (घ) 22 अगस्त, 2021 (रविवार) मतदान की तिथि, यदि आवश्यक हो
(ङ) 31 अगस्त, 2021 (मंगलवार) चुनाव प्रक्रिया जिस तिथि के पूर्व सम्पन्न हो
उपरोक्त नियमों के नियम 36 के प्रावधानों के अंतर्गत, निदेशक, गुरुद्वारा चुनाव, उपरोक्त चुनाव में मतदान हेतु "प्रातः 8:00 बजे से सायं 5:00 बजे तक (बिना किसी विराम के )" का समय निर्धारित करते हैं ।

NOTIFICATION
Delhi, the 28th July, 2021
No.F.1/55/DGE/2016/4629.—In continuation to Notification No. F.1/55/DGE/2016/3150, No. F.1/55/DGE/2016/3991, No. F.1/55/DGE/2016/RO(45)/4356 dated 31-03-2021, 23-04-2021 and 29-06-2021 respectively and WHEREAS the Lieutenant Governor, Delhi, in exercise of powers conferred upon him under Section 3 of Delhi Sikh Gurdwaras Act, 1971 (82 of 1971) read with Rule 11 of Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee (Election of Members) Rules, 1974, has called upon the Sikh Electors of Gurdwara Ward No. 45, Khureji Khas of National Capital Territory of Delhi to elect Member of Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee in respect of their Gurdwara Ward vide Notification No. F.1/55/DGE/2016/4628, dated 28.07.2021.
Now, therefore, in exercise of the said powers and in pursuance of the provisions of Rule 12 of the Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee (Election of Members) Rules, 1974, I, Narinder Singh, Director, Gurdwara Elections, Delhi, hereby further appoint, with respect to the above said election, the date for filing nominations etc., as under:
(a) 4th August, 2021 (Wednesday) as the last date for filing nominations.
(b) 5th August, 2021 (Thursday) as the date for scrutiny of nominations.
(c) 7th August, 2021 (Saturday) as the last date for withdrawal of the
candidature.
(d) 22nd August, 2021 (Sunday) as the date of poll, if necessary.
(e) 31st August, 2021(Tuesday) as the date before which the election
shall be completed.
The Director, Gurdwara Election hereby further appoints the hours of poll in respect of the aforesaid election as "08.00 AM to 05.00 PM (without break)" as required under Rule 36 of the aforesaid Rules.
