—गृह मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार की दिनांक 19 अगस्त, 1996 की अधिसूचना सं. ओ. 572 (ई) कि साथ पठित अधिनियम, 1995 (1995 का 43) की धारा 83 उपधारा (1) तथा (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल एतद्‌द्वारा राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के लिये उक्त अधिनियम के अन्तर्गत किसी विवाद के निर्धारण, प्रश्न या वक्फ या वक्फ संपाि से संबंधित अन्य मामले, किरायेदार की बेदखली या निर्धारण अधिकार तथा उक्त अधिनियम के अन्तर्गत ऐसी संपाि के पट्‌टेदार तथा पट्‌टेदारी की बाध्यताओं के लिये इस अधिसूचना की तिथि से निम्नलिखित व्यक्यिों सहित दिल्ली वक्फ अधिकरण का गठन करते हैं, अर्थात्‌ः-

1. श्री. आर एल मीणा, एडीजे-02 - अध्यक्ष 2. श्रीमति. शाशि कौशल, दानिक्स - सदस्य 3. डॉ. सलमान असद - सदस्यराष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र, दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल सरकार के आदेश से तथा उनके नाम पर, अनिल सिरोही, उप सचिव ( राजस्व) 4311 DG/2021 (1) 2 DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY PART IV] REVENUE DEPARTMENT NOTIFICATION

F.1(468)/99/GA/Estt./DC/Pt.file/1600.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the sub-sections (1) and (4) of section 83 of the Waqf Act, 1995 (43 of 1995) read with Government of India, Ministry of Home Affairs' notification number S.O. 572 (E) dated the 19th August 1996, the Lt. Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi is pleased to re-constitute the Delhi Waqf Tribunal for the National Capital Territory of Delhi for the determination of any dispute, question or other matter relating to a Waqf or Waqf property, eviction of a tenant or determination or rights and obligations of the lesser and the lessee of such property under the said Act, consisting of the following persons with effect from the date of notification, namely:-

1. Sh. R L Meena, ADJ-02 - Chairman

2. Smt. Shashi Kaushal, DANICS - Member

3. Dr. Salman Asad

- Member
