सं. फा./1/37/03/ भू. व. भ. / रिट शाखा/1825-39.—माननीय उपराज्यपाल राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र, दिल्ली सरकार नागरिक प्रक्रिया संहिता, 1908 की धारा 2 (7 ) के अर्थ में एतद द्वारा दिल्ली उच्च नयायालय के लिए, दिल्ली सरकार और / या राष्ट्रीय राजधानी राज्य क्षेत्र, दिल्ली सरकार द्वारा सचिव, भूमि एवं भवन विभाग/भूमि अधिग्रहण कलैक्टर्स से सम्बंधित सभी मामलों में कें द्र सरकार और / या जन-अधिकारी, जिनके बचाव की जिम्मेदारी इसके द्वारा ली गयी है, के द्वारा या विरुद्ध किसी मुकदमे /अपील या अन्य किसी कार्यवाही के लिए श्री यीशु जैन, अधिवक्ता को स्थाई अधिवक्ता के रूप में उनके कार्यकाल को दिनांक 01.07.2021 से 31.03.2022 तक के लिए नियुक्त करते हैं ।श्री यीशु जैन, अधिवक्ता की स्थायी अधिवक्ता के रूप में नियुक्ति अधिसूचना संख्या एफ.5(4)/Lit./2010/DS2 Law/578-580 दिनांक 27/04/2010 तथा समय –समय पर यथा विनिर्धारित निबंधन एवम शर्तों के अनुसार होगी । 4361 DG/2021 (1) 2 DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY PART IV] यह अधिसूचना तत्काल प्रभाव से लागू होगी । राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र, दिल्ली सरकार के उपराज्यपाल के आदेश से एवम उनके नाम पर, अजय कु मार गुप्ता, विशेष सचिव (भूमि एवं भवन)

NOTIFICATION

Delhi, the 5th August, 2021

No. F.1/37/2003/L&B/WC/1825-39.—The Hon'ble Lt. Governor of National Capital Territory of Delhi hereby approves the terms of Shri Yeeshu Jain, Advocate as Standing Counsel within the meaning of Section2 (7) of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 for the High Court of Delhi at New Delhi in relation to any suit, Appeal, Writ or other proceedings by or against the Govt. of Delhi through Secretary,Land & Building Department and/or Union of India/Land Acquisition Collectorsin relation to the affairs of the National Capital Territory of Delhi ( Land & Building Department )and/or Public Officer (s) whose defense has been undertaken by it, for a period with effect from 01.07.2021upto 31.03.2022.

The appointment of Shri Yeeshu Jain, Advocate as Standing Counsel will be subject to terms and conditions as contained in notification N.F.5(4)/Lit. /2010/DS2Law/578-580 dated 27/04/2010 and also as may be prescribed from time to time.

This notification shall come into force with immediate effect.
