सं. फा. 1/55/गु.चु.नि./2016/4816.—क्रमशः दिनांक 31-03-2021 और 23-04-2021 के अधिसूचना संख्या फा.1/55/गु.चु.नि./2016/3150, संख्या फा.1/55/ गु.चु.नि./2016/3991 के क्रम में और यद्यपि उपराज्यपाल दिल्ली ने दिल्ली सिख गुरुद्वारा अधिनियम, 1971 (1971 का 82वां) की धारा 3 के अन्तर्गत जो कि दिल्ली सिख गुरुद्वारा प्रबंधक समिति (सदस्यों का चुनाव) नियमावली, 1974 के नियम 11 के सहित पठित द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के सभी गुरुद्वारा वार्डों के सिख मतदाताओं को उनके संबंधित गुरुद्वारा वार्ड के सदस्यों के निर्वाचन के लिए दिल्ली राजपत्र में अधिसूचना सं. फा. 1/55/गु.चु.नि./2016/4815 दिनांक 08.08.2021 द्वारा आमंत्रित किया है I

अब, इसलिए, दिल्ली सिख गुरुद्वारा प्रबंधक समिति (सदस्यों का चुनाव) नियमावली, 1974 के नियम 12 केअंतर्गत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, मैं नरिदर सिह, निदेशक, गुरुद्वारा चुनाव, उपरोक्त चुनाव के संबंध में एतद्द्वारा आगे मतदान की तिथि आदि की घोषणा, निम्न प्रकार से करता हूँ : 4369 DG/2021 (1) 2 DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY PART IV] (क) 22 अगस्त, 2021 (रविवार) मतदान की तिथि, यदि आवश्यक हो (ख) 31 अगस्त, 2021 (मंगलवार) चुनाव प्रक्रिया जिस तिथि के पूर्व सम्पन्न हो

उपरोक्त नियमों के नियम 36 के प्रावधानों के अंतर्गत, निदेशक, गुरुद्वारा चुनाव, उपरोक्त चुनाव में मतदान हेतु "प्रातः 8:00 बजे से सायं 5:00 बजे तक (बिना किसी विराम के )" का समय निर्धारित करते हैं I

NOTIFICATION

Delhi, the 8th August, 2021

No. F.1/55/DGE/2016/4816.—In continuation to Notification No. F. 1/55/DGE/2016/3150, No. F. 1/55/DGE/2016/3991 dated 31-03-2021 and 23-04-2021 respectively and WHEREAS the Lieutenant Governor, Delhi, in exercise of powers conferred upon him under Section 3 of the Delhi Sikh Gurdwaras Act, 1971 (82 of 1971) read with Rule 11 of Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee (Election of Members) Rules, 1974, has called upon the Sikh Electors of all the Gurdwara Wards of National Capital Territory of Delhi to elect Members of Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee in respect of their respective Gurdwara Wards vide Notification No. F. 1/55/DGE/2016/4815, dated 08-08-2021.

Now, therefore, in exercise of the said powers and in pursuance of the provisions of Rule 12 of the Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee (Election of Members) Rules, 1974, I, Narinder Singh, Director, Gurdwara Elections, Delhi, hereby further appoint, with respect to the above said election, the date of poll etc., as under:

(a) 22nd August, 2021 (Sunday) as the date of poll, if necessary.

(b) 31st August, 2021(Tuesday) as the date before which the election shall be completed.

The Director, Gurdwara Election hereby further appoints the hours of poll in respect of the aforesaid election as "08.00 AM to 05.00 PM (without break)" as required under Rule 36 of the aforesaid Rules.
