( ) ALA1/66-75.-राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली की विधानसभा के निम्नलिखित अधिनियम ने उप-राज्यपाल की सहमति दिनांक 9 अगस्त, 2021 को प्राप्त कर ली है और इसको जन साधारण की जानकारी के लिये प्रकाशित किया जाता हैः-
राष्ट्रीय 2 DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY PART IV] भारत गणराज्य के बहत्तरवें वर्ष में राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली की विधान सभा द्वारा निम्नलिखित रूप में अधिनियमित हो ः- (1) इस अधिनियम को राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली (अतुल्य भारत) भोजन तथा शयनकक्ष संस्थापन (पंजीकरण एवं विनियम) (संशोधन) अधिनियम, 2021 कहा जायेगा।
(2) यह संपूर्ण राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली में विस्तारित होगा।
(3) यह उस तिथि से प्रवृत्त होगा जो सरकार, शासकीय राजपत्र में अधिसूचना द्वारा नियत करेगी। राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली (अतुल्य भारत) भोजन तथा शयन कक्ष संस्थापन (पंजीकरण एवं विनियम) अधिनियम, 2007 में धारा 3 की उपधारा (10) में शब्दों के स्थान पर " शब्दों को प्रतिस्थापित किया जायेगा।

NOTIFICATION
Delhi, the 11th August, 2021
No. F.14(74)/LA-2021/ALA1/66-75.—The following Act of the Legislative Assembly of the National Capital Territory of Delhi received the assent of the Lt. Governor of Delhi on the 9th August, 2021 and is hereby published for general information:-
"The National Capital Territory of Delhi (Incredible India) Bed and Breakfast Establishments (Registration and
Regulation) (Amendment) Act, 2021".

[ 9th August, 2021] An Act to amend the National Capital Territory of Delhi (Incredible India) Bed and Breakfast Establishments (Registration and Regulation) Act, 2007.
Be it enacted by the Legislative Assembly of the National Capital Territory of Delhi in the Seventy Second Year of the Republic of India as follows:
1. Short title and commencement: (1) This Act may be called the National Capital Territory of Delhi (Incredible India) Bed and Breakfast Establishments (Registration and Regulation) (Amendment) Act, 2021.
(2) It extends to the whole of the National Capital Territory of Delhi.
(3) It shall come into force on such date as the Government may, by notification in the official Gazette, appoint.
2. Amendment in section 3: In the National Capital Territory of Delhi (Incredible India) Bed and Breakfast Establishments (Registration and Regulation) Act, 2007, in section 3, in sub-section (10) for the words "three months", the words "one month" shall be substituted.
