सं. एफ.1/55/गु.चु.नि./2016/4912.—दिल्ली सिख गुरुद्वारा अधिनियम, 1971 (1971 का 82वां) की धारा 13 के अंतर्गत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा इसके सहित पठित दिल्ली सिख गुरुद्वारा प्रबंधक कमेटी (सदस्यों का चुनाव) नियम, 1974 के उपनियम 5(1) के अंतर्गत दिए गए अधिकारों का प्रयोग करते हुए 30 मार्च, 2021 की अधिसूचना संख्या एस.जी.-डी.एल.-अ.-01042021-226286 के आंशिक आशोधन और 19 अप्रैल, 2021 की अधिसूचना संख्या एस.जी.-डी.एल.-अ.-20042021-226701 के अधिक्रमण में निम्नलिखित अधिकारियों को संबंधित गुरुद्वारा वार्ड, जो उनके नामों के सामने दर्शाये गये हैं, को सहायक निर्वाचन अधिकारी के रूप में आगामी दिल्ली सिख गुरुद्वारा प्रबंधक कमेटी के होने वाले आम चुनावों हेतु नियुक्त किया जाता है :-

No. F. 1/55/DGE/2016/4912.—In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 13 of the Delhi Sikh Gurdwaras Act, 1971(82 of 1971), read with Rule 5 (1) of the Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee (Election of Members) Rules, 1974, and in partial modification of Notification No. SG-DL-E-01042021-226286 dated 30th March, 2021 and in supersession of Notification No. SG-DL-E-20042021-226701 dated 19th April, 2021 the following Officers are appointed as Assistant Returning Officers of the respective Gurdwara Wards, as shown against their names in connection with the forthcoming General Elections to Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee:-
