फा. सं. 1/55/गु.चु.नि./2016/5372.—दिल्ली सिख गुरुद्वारा अधिनियम, 1971 (1971 का 82 वाँ) की धारा 13 के अंतर्गत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा इसके सहित पठित दिल्ली सिख गुरुद्वारा प्रबंधक कमेटी (सदस्यों का चुनाव) नियम, 1974 के नियम 4 के अंतर्गत दिए गए अधिकारों का प्रयोग करते हुए, 28 जुलाई, 2021 की अधिसूचना संख्या एस.जी.-डी.एल.-अ.-28072021-228526 के आंशिक आशोधन में निम्नलिखित अधिकारी को देवेन्दरा सिह तोमर के स्थान पर संबंधित गुरुद्वारा वार्ड, जो उनके नाम के सामने दर्शाया गया हैं, को निर्वाचन अधिकारी के रूप में आगामी दिल्ली सिख गुरुद्वारा प्रबंधक कमेटी के होने वाले आम चुनावों हेतु नियुक्त किया जाता है :-

Delhi, the 18th August, 2021

F. No. 1/55/DGE/2016/5372.—In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 13 of The Delhi Sikh Gurdwaras Act, 1971 (82 of 1971), read with Rule 4 of The Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee (Election of Members) Rules, 1974, and in partial modification of Notification No. SG-DL-E-28072021-228526 dated 28th July, 2021 the following Officer is hereby appointed as Returning Officer in place of Sh. Devendara Singh Tomar as shown against his name in connection with the forthcoming General Election to Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee.
