सं. फा. 53/401/सा.प्र.वि./समन्व./2020/2941-2989.—अधिसूचना सं. 53/401/स.प्र.वि./समन्व./ 2020/3327-3375 और अधिसूचना सं। 53/401/स.प्र.वि./समन्व/2020/3376-3424 दिनांक 10.11.2020 के अनुसार मुहरर्म के उपलक्ष में गुरूवार दिनांक 19 अगस्त, 2021 को राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार के अधीन समस्त कार्यालयों और परक्राम्य प्रलेख अधिनियम, 1881 की धारा 25 के अनुसार अवकाश घोषित किया गया था। भारत सरकार, कार्मिक, लोक शिकायत तथा पेंशन मंत्रालय, (कार्मिक और प्रशिक्षण विभाग) स्थापना, जेसीए 2 अनुभाग की कार्यालय ज्ञापन संख्या एफ.12/13/2016-जेसीऐ-2 दिनांक 11 अगस्त, 2021 के माध्यम से मुहरर्म के अवसर पर सार्वजनिक अवकाश को गुरूवार 19 अगस्त, 2021 से बदलकर शुक्रवार, 20 अगस्त, 2021 को कर दिया गयाहै। तदनुसार, राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार के अधीन सभी सरकारी कार्यालयों और परक्राम्य प्रलेख अधिनियम, 1881 की धारा 25 के अधीन 20 अगस्त, 2021 को मुहरर्म के उपलक्ष में अवकाश घोषित किया जाता है। 4660 DG/2021 (1) 2 DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY PART IV] उक्त अधिसूचना दिनांक 10.11.2020 के तहत मुहरर्म के उपलक्ष में घोषित अवकाश रद्द किया जाता है। राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल के आदेश से तथा उनके नाम पर, अमिताभ कु ं डू, उप सचिव (सा.प्र.वि./सम.)

Delhi, the 18th August, 2021

F. No. 53/401/GAD/CN/2020/2941-2989.—Vide Notifications No. 53/401/GAD/CN/ 2020/3327-3375 and No. 53/401/GAD/CN/2020/3376-3424 dated 10.11.2020, holiday on account of Muharram was declared on Thursday, the 19th August, 2021 in respect of offices under Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi and as well as under Section 25 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 respectively.

Government of India, Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances & Pension, (Department of Personnel & Training vide O.M. No.12/13/2016-JCA-2 dated 11th August, 2021 has changed revised the holiday on account of Muharram from Thursday, the 19th August, 2021 to Friday, the 20th August, 2021. Accordingly, holiday on account of Muharram is declared on Friday, the 20th August, 2021 for all Government offices under Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi and as well as under Section 25 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881.

Holiday on account of Muharram declared vide the aforesaid notifications dated 10.11.2020 stands cancelled.
