सं. एफ.1/471/गु.चु.नि./2021/5662.—दिल्ली सिख गुरुद्वारा प्रबन्धक समिति (सदस्यों का सहयोजन) नियम, 1974 के नियम 11 के उपबन्धों के अनुसरण में मैं, नरिंदर सिंह, निदेशक, गुरुद्वारा चुनाव गुरुद्वारा दो सदस्यों के सहयोजन के लिए दिल्ली सिख गुरुद्वारा अधिनियम, 1971 की धारा 4 के खण्ड 'ख' के उप–खण्ड (iv) के अन्तर्गत सदस्यों के सहयोजन की नामांकन, नामांकन की जाँच पड़ताल आदि की निम्नलिखित तिथियां नियत करता हूँ :-

No. F.1/471/DGE/2021/5662.—For the Co-option of two members to the Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee under Sub-Clause (iv) of Clause (b) of Section 4 of Delhi Sikh Gurdwaras Act, 1971 and in pursuance of the provisions of Rule 11 of Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee (Co-option of Members) Rules, 1974, I, Narinder Singh, Director Gurdwara Elections, Delhi hereby notify the dates for filing nominations, date of scrutiny etc., as under, for the above said Co-option of members:-
(a) the 4th of September, 2021 (Saturday) : as the last date for filing nominations;
(b) the 6th of September, 2021 (Monday) : as the date for scrutiny of nominations;
(c) the 8th of September, 2021 (Wednesday) : as the last date for withdrawal of candidatures;
(d) the 9th of September, 2021 (Thursday) : as the date on which meeting for the Co-option
of members shall take place.
