राष्ट्रीय राजधानी राज्य क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार GOVERNMENT OF THE NATIONAL CAPITAL TERRITORY OF DELHI दिल्ली, 3 सितम्बर, 2021 .—गृह मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार की दिनांक 21 अक्टूबर, 2014 की अधिसूचना सं. एस.ओ. 2740 (ई) एवं दिनांक 21 जुलाई, 2015 की अधिसूचना एस.ओ. 2004 (ई) के साथ पठित भूमि अधिग्रहण, पुनर्वास एवं पुनःस्थापन में उचित प्रतिपूर्ति एवं पारदर्शिता का अधिकार नियमावली, 2014 के नियम 3 के उप-नियम (1) के साथ पठित भूमि अधिग्रहण, पुनर्वास एवं पुनःस्थापन में उचित प्रतिपूर्ति एवं पारदर्शिता का अधिकार अधिनियम, 2013 (2013 का 30) की धारा 4 की उपधारा (1) एवं (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल राहत गंज/आराम गंज, रोशनारा रोड, पुलबंगश पर जनकपुरी पश्चिम से आर.के.आश्रम कॉरिडोर तक आरंभ होने वाली दिल्ली मेट्रो रेल कॉरपोरेशन परियोजना के उद्देश्य के लिए भूमि अधिग्रहण करने का प्रयोजन रखते हैं। इस उद्देश्य की पूर्ति हेतु राहत गंज/आराम गंज, रोशनारा रोड, पुलबंगश पर 62.0 वर्ग मीटर भूमि अधिकृत की जाएगी, जो संपत्ति संख्या 8736-सी का 22.0 वर्ग मीटर माप क्षेत्र तथा संपत्ति संख्या 8736-डी का 40.0 वर्ग मीटर माप क्षेत्र है। भारतीय लोक प्रशासन संस्थान, इंद्रप्रस्थ एस्टेट, रिंग रोड, नई दिल्ली-110002 को दिनांक 03.09.2021 की अधिसूचना फा सं 9/15/एमआरटीएस/एल एडं बी/एलए/2020/2270 के द्वारा पूर्वोक्त भूमि के संबंध में सामाजिक प्रभाव आकलन करने के लिए सामाजिक प्रभाव आकलन इकाई के रूप में निर्दिष्ट किया गया है।आगे, सामाजिक प्रभाव आकलन के मुख्य उद्देश्य आवश्यकतानुसार सर्वेक्षण तथा जन-सुनवाई के लिए हित धारकों तथा जनता से परामर्श करना है। सामाजिक प्रभाव आकलन प्रतिवेदन तथा सामाजिक प्रभाव प्रबंधन योजना के लिए समयावधि 4905 DG/2021 (1) 2 DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY PART IV] इस अधिसूचना के जारी होने की तिथि से छह माह की होगी तथा इसे प्रभावी क्षेत्रों में विशिष्ट स्थानों पर तथा जिला कलेक्टर (मध्य) कार्यालय, 14 दरियागंज, नई दिल्ली-110002 में, जैसी भी स्थिति हो, वेबसाइट, पोस्टर, सूचना-पत्र एवं जन-सुनवाई के माध्यम से प्रदर्शित किया जायेगा। राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल के आदेश से तथा उनके नाम पर,

NOTIFICATION

Delhi, the 3rd September, 2021

F. No. 9(15)/MRTS/L&B/LA/2020/2280.—In the exercise of the powers conferred by sub section (1) and (2) of section 4 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (30 of 2013) read with sub-rule (1) of rule 3 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Rules, 2014, read with Government of India, Ministry of Home Affair's Notification No. S.O. 2740(E) dated 21st October 2014, read with S.O. 2004 (E) dated 21/07/2015, the Lieutenant Governor of National Capital Territory of Delhi, intends to acquire land for public purpose of Delhi Metro Rail Corporation project starting from Janakpuri, West to R.K. Ashram corridor at Rahat Ganj/Aram Ganj, Roshnara Road, Pul Bangash. The land to be acquired for this purpose is 62.0 square meter of property number 8736-C measuring area 22.0 square meter and property number 8736-D measuring area 40.0 square meter at Rahat Ganj/Aram Ganj, Roshnara Road, Pul Bangash. The Indian Institute of Public Administration, Indraprastha Estate, Ring Road New Delhi 110002 has been assigned as the Social Impact Assessment Unit to carry out social impact assessment study in relation to aforesaid land vide Notification no. 9(15)MRTS/L&B/LA/2020/2270 dated 03/09/2021.

Further, the main objectives of Social Impact Assessment are consultation with stake holders and public, survey and public hearing wherever required. The time period for Social Impact Assessment report and Social Impact Management Plan will be six months from date of issue of this notification and same will be disclosed by the way of websites, posters, leaflets and public hearing as the case may be at the conspicuous places in affected areas, and in the office of District Collector (Central), 14 Darya Ganj, New Delhi110002.
