II दिल्ली, 3 सितम्बर, 2021 II .—गृह मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार की दिनांक 12 अगस्त, 2021 के पत्र सं. 14011/09/2021-दिल्ली-1 के द्वारा यथासूचित सक्षम प्राधिकारी के निर्णय के अनुसार राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल के विचार से सहमत होते हुए, राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल एतद् द्वारा दंड प्रक्रिया संहिता, 1973 की धारा 24 (8) के तहत जारी दिनांक 26 जुलाई 2021 की अधिसूचना सं. 8/43/2020/गृह पु0- II/1638-50 की पुष्टि करते हैं ।
राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल के आदेश से तथा उनके नाम पर,

No. F. 8/43/2021/HP-II/2015-27.—Pursuant to the decision of the Competent Authority as conveyed by the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India vide Letter No. 14011/09/2021-Delhi-I, dated the 12th August, 2021 agreeing with the views of Lt. Governor of NCT of Delhi, the Lt. Governor of NCT of Delhi, the Notification No. F. 8/43/2020/HP-II/1638-50 dated the 26th July, 2021 issued under section 24(8) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 is hereby confirmed.
