राष्ट्रीय राजधानी राज्य क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार GOVERNMENT OF THE NATIONAL CAPITAL TERRITORY OF DELHI दिल्ली, 9 सितम्बर, 2021 -आयुक्त, दिल्ली माल और सेवा कर अधिनियम, 2017 (2017 का 03) की धारा 44 के प्रथम परंतुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, परिषद की सिफारिशों पर, ऐसे रजिस्ट्री—त व्यक्ति, जिनका वित्तीय वर्ष 2020-21 में संकलित आवर्त दो करोड़ रुपये तक है, को उक्त वित्तीय वर्ष की वार्षिक विवरणी दाखिल करने से छूट प्रदान करते हैं।
2. यह अधिसूचना 01 अगस्त, 2021 से लागू होगी ।

NOTIFICATION
Delhi, the 9th September, 2021
No. F. 2(389)/Policy/GST/2021/769-89.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the first proviso to section 44 of the Delhi Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (03 of 2017), the Commissioner, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby exempts the registered person whose aggregate turnover in the financial year 2020-21 is upto two crore rupees, from filing annual return for the said financial year.
2. This notification shall come into force from the 1st day of August, 2021.
