राष्ट्रीय राजधानी राज्य क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार GOVERNMENT OF THE NATIONAL CAPITAL TERRITORY OF DELHI दिल्ली, 14 सितम्बर, 2021 अद्यतन यथासंशोधित दिल्ली न्यायिक सेवा नियमावली, 1970 के नियम 18 के उपबंधों एवं माननीय दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय के डी॰अ॰ प्रत्र्ाांक सं॰ 814/डीएचसी/राज॰/डीजेएस परिश्रा- 2017/2018 दिनांक 19.02.2020 के अनुसरण में राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल, दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय के परामर्श से, श्री शशांक नन्दन भटृ को दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय, नई दिल्ली द्वारा नियुक्त किए जाने पर अपने कार्यालय में कार्यभार सम्भालने की तिथि से द वर्ष की अवधि के लिए परिवीक्षा आधार पर दिल्ली न्यायिक सेवा के सदस्य के रूप में नियुक्त करते हैं। ये नियुक्ति पूर्णतया अस्थायी आधार पर हैं।
2. उपर्युक्त नियुक्ति अद्यतन तिथि तक तथा समय-समय पर दिल्ली न्यायिक सेवा के अधिकारियों पर यथा लागू अन्य आदेशों/निर्देशों के अनुसार दिल्ली न्यायिक सेवा नियमावली, 1970 के उपबंधों के अनुसार होगी । 2 DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY PART IV] 4. पद का वेतनमान 27700-770-33090-920-40450-1080-44770 रूपये (पूर्व संशधित) सामान्य भत्ते जैसा समय-समय पर इस संबंध में लागू हो के अनुसार है। राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल के आदेश से और उनके नाम पर,

NOTIFICATION
Delhi, the 14th September, 2021
No. F.6/23/2017-Judl./P.F./Suptlaw/912-918.—In pursuance of the provisions of rule 18 of the Delhi Judicial Service Rules, 1970 as amended up to date and D.O. letter No.814/DHC/Gaz./DJS Exam-2017/2018 dated19.02.2020 of Hon'ble High Court of Delhi, the Lt. Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, in consultation with the High Court of Delhi, is pleased to appoint Mr. Shashank Nandan Bhatt as member of the Delhi Judicial Service on probation for a period of two years with effect from the date he assumes charge of his office on being posted by the Delhi High Court, New Delhi. This appointment is on purely provisional basis.
2. The above appointment shall be subject to the provisions of the Delhi Judicial Service Rules, 1970 as amended up to date and other orders/instructions as may be applicable to the officers of the Delhi Judicial Service from time to time.
3. The inter-se seniority of the above named candidate in the Delhi Judicial Service vis-à-vis other selected candidates will remain the same as assigned to them in the merit list prepared by the Selection Committee in accordance with the provisions of the Delhi Judicial Service Rules, 1970 as amended up to date.
4. The post carries the scale of pay of Rs.27700-770-33090-920-40450-1080-44770 (Pre-Revised) plus usual allowances as may be applicable in this behalf from time to time.
