—गृह मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार की दिनांक 21 अक्टूबर, 2014 की अधिसूचना सं. का. आ. 2740(अ) एवं दिनांक 21 जुलाई, 2015 की अधिसूचना एस.ओ. 2004 (ई) के साथ पठित भूमि अधिग्रहण, पुनर्वास एवं पुनःस्थापन में उचित प्रतिपूर्ति एवं पारदर्शिता का अधिकार (सामाजिक प्रभाव, आकलन एवं स्वीकृति) नियमावली, 2014 के नियम 4 के उप-नियम (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल दिनांक 13 जून, 2017 की अधिसूचना संख्या एफ 8/2/9/2015/एल एडं बी/एलए/2373 द्वारा भूमि अधिग्रहण के लिए सामाजिक प्रभाव आकलन अध्ययन तथा सामाजिक प्रभाव आकलन प्रतिवेदन तैयार करने हेतु सामाजिक प्रभाव आकलन इकाई के रूप में चिह्नित भारतीय लोक प्रशासन संस्थान, इंद्रप्रस्थ एस्टेट, रिंग रोड, नई दिल्ली-110002 को निर्दिष्ट करते हैं, जिसे दिल्ली मेट्रो रेल कॉरपोरेशन खानपुर गाँव पर एरो-सिटी से तुगलकाबाद कॉरिडोर तक दिल्ली मेट्रो रेल कॉरपोरेशन परियोजना के सार्वजनिक उद्देश्य हेतु अधिग्रहण करने का प्रयोजन रखता है। 2 DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY PART IV] भारतीय लोक प्रशासन संस्थान, इंद्रप्रस्थ एस्टेट, रिंग रोड, नई दिल्ली-110002 भूमि अधिग्रहण, पुनर्वास एवं पुनःस्थापन में उचित प्रतिपूर्ति एवं पारदर्शिता का अधिकार अधिनियम, 2013 के प्रावधानों के अनुसार सामाजिक प्रभाव आकलन का अध्ययन इस अधिसूचना के जारी होने की तिथि से छह माह की अवधि के भीतर करेंगे।

NOTIFICATION
Delhi, the 29th September, 2021
F. No. 9(14)/MRTS/L&B/LA/2020/2845.—In the exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (1) of rule 4 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement (Social Impact, Assessment and Consent) Rules, 2014, read with Government of India, Ministry of Home Affair's Notification No. S.O. 2740 (E) dated 21st October, 2014, read with S.O. 2004 (E) dated 21st July, 2015, the Lieutenant Governor of National Capital Territory of Delhi, is pleased to assign the Indian Institute of Public Administration, Indraprastha Estate, Ring Road, New Delhi-110002, which was identified as Social Impact Assessment Unit vide Notification No. F8/2/9/2015/L&B/LA/2373 dated 13th June, 2017 to carry out Social Impact Assessment Study and to prepare Social Impact Assessment report for acquisition of land which the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation intends to acquire land for public purpose of Delhi Metro Rail Corporation project from Aero-City to Tugalakabad corridor at Khanpur village.
The Indian Institute of Public Administration, Indraprastha Estate, Ring Road, New Delhi-110002, shall carry out the Social Impact Assessment study as per the provisions of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 within a period of six months from the date of issue of this notification.
