. . / / / . ./ .-सामान्य खण्ड अधिनियम, 1897 की धारा 15 के साथ पठित वाणिज्यिक न्यायालय अधिनियम, 2015 की धारा 3 की उप-धारा (3) के अन्र्तगत तथा गृह मंत्रालय भारत सरकार की दिनांक 15 मई, 2018 के एस. ओ. सं. 1917 (ई) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय की सहमति से एतद्द्वारा वाणिज्यिक न्यायालय अधिनियम, 2015 के अन्र्तगत गठित जिला स्तर पर वाणिज्यिक न्यायालय के पीठासीन अधिकारी/न्यायाधीश की पदेन शक्तियां दिल्ली उच्चतर न्यायिक सेवा के प्रत्येक अधिकारी को प्रदत्त करते हैं जिसे दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय के मुख्य न्यायाधीश द्वारा किए गए स्थानान्तरण/तैनाती आदेशों के अनुसरण में इस तरह के किसी भी प्रभार को ग्रहण करने की तिथि से उनके द्वारा प्रयोग की जा सकेंगी ।

No.F. 6/10/2021-Judl./Suptlaw/994-997.--In exercise of the power conferred under Sub-Section (3) of Section 3 of the Commercial Courts Act, 2015 read with Section 15 of the General Clause Act, 1897 and S.O No.1917(E) dated 15th May, 2018 of Ministry of Home Affairs, Govt. of India, the Lt. Governor of National Capital Territory of Delhi, with the concurrence of High Court of Delhi, hereby confers the ex-officio powers of Presiding Officer/Judge of the Commercial Court at District level constituted under The Commercial Courts Act, 2015 on each of the officer of Delhi Higher Judicial Service, to be exercisable by each of them with effect from the date of assumption of any such charge by them, in pursuance of the transfer/posting orders made by the Chief Justice of High Court of Delhi.
