राष्ट्रीय राजधानी राज्य क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार GOVERNMENT OF THE NATIONAL CAPITAL TERRITORY OF DELHI दिल्ली, 1 अक्तूबर, 2021 I 2204-07. चूंकि राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल इस बात से संतुष्ट है कि ऐसा करना आवष्यक है :
इसलिये, राष्ट्रीय सुरक्षा अधिनियम 1980 की धारा 2 के खण्ड (अ) के साथ पठित धारा 3 की उपधारा (3) के द्वारा प्रदत्त षक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल यह निर्देष देते हैं कि दिल्ली पुलिस आयुक्त भी 19/10/2021 to 18/01/2022 तक की अवधि के दौरान उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 3 की उपधारा (2) की षक्तियों का प्रयोग निरोध प्राधिकारी के रूप में कर सकते हैं।

No. F.2/1/88-HP-II/ Pt.-I/2204-07. Whereas the Lt. Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi is satisfied that it is necessary to do so;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub section (3) of section 3, read with clause (e) of Section 2 of the National Security Act, 1980, the Lt. Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi is pleased to direct that during the period 19/10/2021 to 18/01/2022 the Commissioner of Police, Delhi may also exercise the powers of detaining authority under sub section (2) of the section 3 of the aforesaid Act.
