राष्ट्रीय राजधानी राज्य क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार GOVERNMENT OF THE NATIONAL CAPITAL TERRITORY OF DELHI 2 DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY PART IV] लिफ्ट स्टेशन निर्माण हेतु गोकलपुर विधानसभा निर्वाचन क्षेत्र में मंडोली गांव के राजस्व संपदा में मिलन गार्डन तथा सबोली गांव के राजस्व संपदा में सबोली गड्डा पर लिफ्ट स्टेशनों के निर्माण हेतु सार्वजनिक उपयोग के लिए अधिगृहित भूमि के संबंध में सामाजिक प्रभाव आंकलन करने के लिए तथा सामाजिक प्रभाव आंकलन प्रतिवेदन तैयार करने हेतु निर्दिष्ट किया जाता है।
यह राष्ट्रीय अनुप्रयुक्त आर्थिक अनुसंधान परिषद (एनसीइएआर), परिशीला भवन, 11 इंद्रप्रस्थ एस्टेट, नई दिल्ली-110002 भूमि अधिग्रहण, पुनर्वास एवं पुनःस्थापन में उचित प्रतिपूर्ति एवं पारदर्शिता का अधिकार अधिनियम, 2013 के प्रावधानों के अनुसार इस अधिसूचना के शासकीय राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तिथि से छह माह की अवधि के भीतर सामाजिक प्रभाव आंकलन का अध्ययन करेगा। श् अशोक LAND AND BUILDING DEPARTMENT

NOTIFICATION

F No. 8/2/2015/L&B/LA/911: In exercise of the powers conferred by sub rule (1) of rule 4 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement (Social Impact Assessment and Consent) Rules, 2014, read with Government of India, Ministry of Home Affair's Notification No. S.O.2740(E) dated 21st October 2014, read with S.O. 2004 (E) dated 21st July 2015, the Lieutenant Governor of National Capital Territory of Delhi, is pleased to assign the National Council of Applied Economic Research (NCAER) Parisila Bhawan,11 Indraprastha Estate, New Delhi 110002 which was identified as Social Impact Assessment Unit vide Notification No. F8/2/9/2015/L&B/LA/2373 dated 13th June 2017 to carry out Social Impact Assessment Study and to prepare Social Impact Assessment report for acquisition of land, which the Delhi Jal Board, Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi intends to utilize for public purpose for construction of lift stations at Milan Garden in the revenue village Mandoli and at Saboli Gaddha of the revenue village Saboli in Gokalpur Assembly Constituency for construction of lift stations for providing, laying and jointing 250mm diameter to 710 mm diameter internal sewer line in colonies of constituencies: part of Gokalpur in Zone –III, Yamuna Vihar waste water treatment plant (WWTP) catchment area in Delhi.
The National Council of Applied Economic Research (NCAER) Parisila Bhwan, 11, I.P. Estate, New Delhi 110002 shall carry out the Social Impact Assessment study as per the provisions of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 within a period of six months from the date of publication of this notification in the official gazette.
