.—गृह मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार की दिनांक

स्टेशन उपचार के संबंध में यमुना विहार अपशिष्ट जल उपचार संयत्र पर आगे की ओर प्रवाहित सिवरेज को अंांतरिक सीवर प्रणाली में पम्पआउट करने की लिए आवश्यक है, जो यमुना नदी में सीधे गिरने वाले सिवरेज को नियंत्रित करेंगे। इस उद्देश्य की पूर्ति हेतु राजस्व गांव मंडोली के खसरा नं0 11//2 पर 18.90 वर्ग मीटर तथा राजस्व गांव सबोली के खसरा नं0 101 पर 19.95 वर्ग मीटर भूमि को अधिकृत किया जाएगा। राष्ट्रीय अनुप्रयुक्त आर्थिक अनुसंधान परिषद (एनसीइएआर) को 911 दिनांक 09/05/2022 की अधिसूचना सं0फा0 8/2/2015/भूमि एवं भवन/भूमि अधि0/के द्वारा पूर्वोक्त भूमि के संबंध में सामाजिक प्रभाव आकलन करने के लिए सामाजिक प्रभाव आकलन इकाई के रूप में निर्दिष्ट किया गया है।

आगे, सामाजिक प्रभाव आकलन के मुख्य उद्देश्य आवश्यकतानुसार सर्वेक्षण तथा जन-सुनवाई के लिए हित धारकों तथा जनता से परामर्श करना है। सामाजिक प्रभाव आकलन प्रतिवेदन तथा सामाजिक प्रभाव प्रबंधन योजना के लिए समयावधि इस अधिसूचना के शासकीय राजपत्र में प्रकाशित होने की तिथि से छह माह की होगी तथा इसे प्रभावी क्षेत्रों में विशिष्ट स्थानों पर तथा जिला कलेक्टर (शाहदरा), दिल्ली में, जैसी भी स्थिति हो, वेबसाइट, पोस्टर, सूचना-पत्र एवं जन-सुनवाई के माध्यम से प्रदर्शित किया जायेगा।

NOTIFICATION

Delhi, the 9th May, 2022

F. No. 8/2/2015/L&B/LA/923.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub section (1) and (2) of section 4 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (30 of 2013) read with sub-rule (1) of rule 3 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Rules, 2014, read with Govt. of India, Ministry of Home Affair's Notification No. S.O.2740 (E) dated 21st October 2014, read with S.O. 2004 (E) dated 21st July 2015, the Lieutenant Governor of National Capital Territory of Delhi, intends to acquire land for Delhi Jal Board at Milan Garden in the revenue estate of village Mandoli and Saboli Gaddha in revenue estate of village Saboli in Gokalpur Assembly Constituency for public purpose for construction of lift station for providing ,laying and jointing 250mm diameter to 710 mm diameter internal sewer line in colonies of constituencies: part of Gokalpurin Zone –III, Yamuna Vihar waste water treatment plant catchment area in Delhi. These lift stations are required to pump out the sewerage into internal sewer system for onward discharging at Yamuna Vihar waste water treatment plant regarding treatment which would control the direct outfall of sewerage into river Yamuna. The land to be acquired for this purpose is 18.90 Sq.meter of Khasra no. 11//2 of revenue village Mandoli and 19.95 Sq. meter of Khasra No. 101 min of revenue village Saboli. The National Council of Applied Economic Research (NCEAR) has been assigned as the Social Impact Assessment Unit to carry out social impact assessment study in relation to aforesaid land vide Notification no. 8/2/2015/L&B/LA/911 dated 09/05/2022.

Further, the main objectives of Social Impact Assessment are consultation with stake holders and public, survey and public hearing wherever required. The time period for Social Impact Assessment report and Social Impact Management Plan will be six months from date of publication of this notification in the official gazette and same will be disclosed by the way of websites, posters, leaflets and public hearing as the case may be at the conspicuous places in affected areas, and in the office of District Collector (Shahdara), Delhi.
