राष्ट्रीय राजधानी राज्य क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार GOVERNMENT OF THE NATIONAL CAPITAL TERRITORY OF DELHI दिल्ली, 13 मई, 2022 II .—गृह मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार की दिनांक 16 अप्रैल, 1958 की अधिसूचना संख्या 37/1/57-पी- II के साथ पठित अनैतिक व्यापार (रोकथाम) अधिनियम, 1956 की धारा 13 की उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रदा शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा दिनांक 14 दिसम्बर 1988 की अधिसूचना सं0 5/67/88-गृह (पु0)/स्था0 के आंशिक आशोधन में राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के माननीय उपराज्यपाल एतद् द्वारा दिल्ली पुलिस के प्रत्येक जिला की मानव तस्करी रोधी इकाई में कार्यरत समस्त सहायक आयुक्त, पुलिस को उक्त अधिनियम के प्रयोजन के लिए राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली में विशेष पुलिस अधिकारी के रूप में नियुक्त करते हैं । उक्त धारा 13 की उपधारा (3)(क) के अन्तर्गत वह आगे निदेश देते हैं कि अधीनस्थ पुलिस अधिकारी (सहायक उप निरीक्षक पुलिस के रैंक से कम नहीं) विशेष पुलिस अधिकारी के रूप में नियुक्त उनके संबंधित अधिकारियों की सहायता करेंगे ।
राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल के आदेश से तथा उनके नाम पर,
शैलेश कुमार, उप-सचिव (गृह) 2 DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY PART IV] : अधिसूचना सं. 5/67/88-गृह (पु.)/स्था0 दिनांक 14.12.1988 के द्वारा माननीय उपराज्यपाल, दिल्ली ने उप मण्डलीय पुलिस अधिकारी के रूप में कार्यरत समस्त सहायक आयुक्त, पुलिस, समस्त स्टेशन हाउस अधिकारी एवं अपराध शाखा, पालम एयरपोर्ट तथा रेलवे के सहायक आयुक्त पुलिस को विशेष पुलिस के रूप में नियुक्त किया था ।

No. F. 11/23/2010/HP-II/ 7107-7113.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 13 of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956, read with Government of India, Ministry of Home Affairs Notification No. 37/1/57-P-II dated 16th April, 1958 and in partial modification of Notification No. F.5/67/88-Home(P)/Estt., dated 14th December, 1988, the Hon'ble Lieutenant Governor of NCT of Delhi is pleased to appoint all Assistant Commissioners of Police working in Anti Human Trafficking Unit of each Police District of Delhi Police as Special Police officer in the National Capital Territory of Delhi for purposes of the said Act. He is further pleased to direct under sub-section (3)(a) of the said section 13 that the subordinate police officers (not below the rank of Assistant Sub-Inspector of Police) shall assist their respective officers so appointed as Special Police officers.

(Home) Foot Note : Vide notification No. F. 5/67/88/-Home(P)/Estt./ dated 14.12.1988, the Hon'ble Lieutenant Governor of Delhi, appointed all Assistant Commissioners of Police, working as Sub-Divisional Police Officers, all Station House Officers, and all the Assistant Commissioners of Police of the Crime Branch, Palam Airport and Railways, as Special Police.
