.—गृह मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार की दिनांक 20 मार्च, 1974 की अधिसूचना संख्या यू-11011/2/74-यूटीएल (प) के साथ पठित दंड प्रक्रिया संहिता, 1973 (1974 का 2) की धारा 20 की उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रदा शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के माननीय उपराज्यपाल एतद् द्वारा राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली में विधानसभा निर्वाचन क्षेत्र, एसी-39 (राजेंद्र नगर) उप-चुनाव 2022 के दौरान समस्त उड्डन-दस्ता दल (दलो)ं, स्थायी निगरानी दल (दलो)ं तथा सेक्टर अधिकारियों के प्रमुख (प्रमुखों) को चुनाव विभाग में समस्त उड्डन-दस्ता दल (दलो)ं, स्थायी निगरानी दल (दलो)ं तथा सेक्टर अधिकारियों के प्रमुख (प्रमुखों) के पद पर कार्यभार ग्रहण करने की तिथि से पद पर बने रहने की तिथि तक अथवा आगामी आदेशों, जो भी इससे पहले हो, तक विशेष कार्यकारी मजिस्ट्रेट के रूप में नियुक्त करते हुए शक्तियाँ प्रदान करते हैं। 2 DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY PART IV] HOME (GENERAL) DEPARTMENT NOTIFICATION

No. 18/284/2013-Home(G)/:-1593-1602.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 20 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (2 of 1974), read with the Government of India, Ministry of Home Affairs, Notification No.U-11011/2/74-UTL(i) dated the 20th March, 1974, the Hon'ble Lt. Governor of National Capital Territory of Delhi is pleased to appoint and confer powers of Special Executive Magistrate upon all the Head of all Flying Squad Team (s), Head of all Static Surveillance Team (s) and all Sector Officers during the Bye-election-2022 to the Legislative Assembly Constituency,AC- 39(Rajinder Nagar) in GNCT of Delhi, w.e.f. the date of assumption of charge till they hold the post of the Head of all Flying Squad Team(s), Head of all Static Surveillance Team (s) and all Sector Officers in the Election Department or till further orders, whichever is earlier.
