राष्ट्रीय राजधानी राज्य क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार GOVERNMENT OF THE NATIONAL CAPITAL TERRITORY OF DELHI शाखा , 2022 2018/1567.—जबकि, भूमि अधिग्रहण, पुनर्वास एवं पुनःस्थापन में उचित प्रतिपूर्ति एवं पारदर्षिता का अधिकार (सामाजिक प्रभाव, आंकलन एवं अनुज्ञा) नियमावली, 2014 के नियम 4 के उप-नियम (1) के अंतर्गत सामाजिक प्रभाव आंकलन प्रतिवेदन तैयार करने के लिए अधिसूचना जारी की गई थी तथा गृह मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार की दिनांक 21 अक्टूबर, 2014 की अधिसूचना सं0 का.आ 2740 (अ) के साथ पठित दिनांक 21 जुलाई, 2015 की 2 DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY PART IV] और जबकि, धारा 7 (अर्थात् 31 जनवरी, 2022 को अथवा इससे पूर्व) के अंतर्गत विशेषज्ञ समूह द्वारा प्रस्तुत सामाजिक प्रभाव आंकलन प्रतिवेदन के अनुमोदन की तिथि से 12 माह के भीतर धारा 11 के अंतर्गत आरंभिक अधिसूचना को जारी किया जाना था, परन्तु यह पर्यावरण प्रभाव आंकलन प्रतिवेदन तैयार नहीं हो पाने के कारण प्रकाशित नहीं की जा सकी। अब, इसलिए, अधिनियम की धारा 14 के परन्तुक के अंतर्गत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल एतद्द्वारा अधिनियम की धारा 11 के अंतर्गत अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की अवधि को 08 माह अर्थात 30 सितंबर 2022 तक की अवधि के लिए विस्तारित करते हैं।

NOTIFICATION
Delhi, the 7th June, 2022
F. No. 7/55/L&B/LA/2018/1567.—Whereas, notification under sub -rule (1) of rule 4 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition , Rehabilitation and Resettlement (Social Impact, Assessment and Consent) Rules, 2014, was issued to prepare Social Impact Assessment Report and notification under sub -section (1) and (2) of section 4 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013(30 of 2013) read with sub-rule (1) of rule 3 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Rules, 2014, read with Govt. of India, Ministry of Home Affair's Notification No. S.O. 2740(E) dated 21st October 2014, read with S.O. 2004 (E) dated 21st July 2015, was issued vide notification no 7/55/L&B/LA/2018/5184 dated 26th August 2019 with intention to acquire 1853 square meter land of Khasra no. 5//11, 12, 13, and 17 of revenue estate Bakkarwala village for public purpose for construction of approach road/path to Cremation Ground.
And whereas the preliminary notification under section 11 was to be issued within 12 month from the date of approval of the Social Impact Assessment Report submitted by the Expert Group under section 7( i.e. on or before 31st January 2022) but same could not be published due to non furnishing of Environment Impact Assessment report .
Now, therefore, the Lieutenant Governor of National Capital Territory of Delhi, in the exercise of powers conferred under provisio of section 14 of the act is pleased to extend the period for publication of notification under section 11 of the act for a period of eight month i.e. up to 30th September 2022.
