राष्ट्रीय राजधानी राज्य क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार GOVERNMENT OF THE NATIONAL CAPITAL TERRITORY OF DELHI दिल्ली, 10 जून, 2022 1684-93.—गृह मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार की दिनांक 20 मार्च, 1974 की अधिसूचना संख्या यू-11011/2/74-यूटीएल (i) के साथ पठित आपराधिक प्रक्रिया संहिता, 1973 (1974 का 2) की धारा 20 की उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रदा शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल एतद्द्वारा श्री गगन नागपाल, संयुक्त पंजीयक, दिल्ली उच्च न्यायलय को महानगरीय क्षेत्र दिल्ली में वर्तमान पद पर बने रहने की अवधि तक अथवा आगामी आदेशों, जो भी इससे पहले हो, तक कार्यकारी मजिस्टे्रट के पद पर नियुक्त करते हैं।

F.No. 18/73/2015/Home (G)/1684-93.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 20 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (2 of 1974), read with the Government of India, Ministry of Home Affairs, Notification No. U-11011/2/74-UTL (i) dated the 20th March, 1974, the Hon'ble Lt. Governor of National Capital Territory of Delhi is pleased to appoint Sh. Gagan Nagpal, Joint Registrar, High Court of Delhi, to be the Executive Magistrate in Metropolitan Area of Delhi, till he holds the present post or till further orders, whichever is earlier.
