I दिल्ली, 27 जून, 2022 I I .—दिल्ली माल एवं सेवाकर अधिनियम, 2017 (2017 का 03), की धारा 9 की उप धारा(1) के तहत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल, परिषद की सिफारिशों के आधार पर, एतदद्वारा, राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के वित्त विभाग (राजस्व-I) की अधिसूचना संख्या 1/2017-राज्य कर (दर), दिनांक 30 जून, 2017, जिसे सं.फा. 03(15)/वित्त (राजस्व-I)/2017-18/डीएस-VI/382, दिनांक 30 जून, 2017, के तहत दिल्ली के राजपत्र, असाधारण, के भाग-IV में प्रकाशित किया गया था, में और आगे भी निम्नलिखित संशोधन करते हैं, यथाः-

क. अनुसूची I में-2.5%, क्रमांक 225 ख, 226, 227, 228 और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियां को निरस्त किया जाएगा;

(1)2 DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY PART IV] ख. अनुसूची II में-6%, क्रमांक 176क और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के बाद, निम्नलिखित क्रम संख्या और प्रविष्टियों को अन्तः स्थापित किया जाएगा; यथाः -

2. यह अधिसूचना 1 अप्रैल, 2022 को लागू होगी। नोट ः प्रधान अधिसूचना संख्या 01/2017-राज्यकर (दर), दिनांक 30 जून, 2017 को सं. फा. 03(15)/वित्त (राजस्व-I)/2017-18/डीएस-VI, दिनांक 3 0जून, 2017, के तहत दिल्ली के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग-IV में प्रकाशित किया गया था, और इसमें अंतिम बार अधिसूचना संख्या 21/2021-राज्यकर (दर), दिनांक 23 मार्च, 2022, जिसे सं. फा. 03(167)/वित्त (व्यय-I)/2021-22/डीएस-I/205, दिनांक 23 माार्च, 2022, के तहत दिल्ली के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग-IV में प्रकाशित किया गया था, के द्वारा संशोधन किया गया था।

NOTIFICATION

Delhi, the 27th June, 2022

No. 01/2022-State Tax (Rate)

No. F. 3(8)/Fin.(Exp-I)/2022-23/DS-I/539.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 9 of the Delhi Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (03 of 2017), the Lieutenant Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi, in the Department of Finance (Expenditure-VI), No.1/2017-State Tax (Rate), dated the 30th June, 2017, published in the Gazette of Delhi, Extraordinary, Part IV, vide number F.3(15)/Fin(Rev-I)/2017-18/DS-VI/382, dated the 30th June, 2017, namely:-

In the said notification, -

(a) in Schedule I – 2.5%, serial numbers 225B,226, 227, 228 and the entries relating thereto shall be omitted;

(b) in Schedule II – 6%, after serial number 176A and the entries relating thereto, the following serial numbers and entries shall be inserted, namely: -

2. This notification shall come into force on the 1st day of April, 2022.

Note: - The principal notification No.1/2017-State Tax (Rate), dated the 30th June, 2017, was published in the Gazette of Delhi, Extraordinary, Part IV, vide number F.3(15)/Fin(Rev-I)/2017-18/DS-VI/382, dated the 30th June, 2017, and was last amended by notification No. 21/2021 – State Tax (Rate), dated the 23rd March, 2022, published in the Gazette of Delhi, Extraordinary, Part IV, vide number F.3(167)/Fin.(Exp-I)/2021- 22/DS-I/205, dated the 23rd March, 2022.
