I नई दिल्ली, 27 जून, 2022 I I .—दिल्ली माल एवं सेवा कर अधिनियम, 2017 (2017 का 03), की धारा 10 की उप धारा (1) के परन्तुक के तहत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल, परिषद की सिफारिशों के आधार पर, एतदद्वारा, राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली की अधिसूचना संख्या 14/2019-राज्य कर, दिनांक 12 सितंबर, 2019, जिसे सं. फा. 3(51)/वित्त (राजस्व-I)/2019-20/डीएस-VI/426, दिनांक 12 सितंबर, 2019, के तहत दिल्ली के राजपत्र, असाधारण, के भाग-IV में प्रकाशित किया गया था, में और आगे भी निम्नलिखित संशोधन करते हैं, यथा :-
उक्त अधिसूचना में, सारणी में, क्रमांक 3 और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के बाद, निम्नलिखित क्रम संख्या और प्रविष्टियों को अन्तः स्थापित किया जाएगा; यथा :-

2. यह अधिसूचना 1 अप्रैल, 2022 को लागू होगी। : प्रधान अधिसूचना संख्या 14/2019-राज्य कर, दिनांक12 सितंबर, 2019, जिसे सं. फा. 3(51)/वित्त (राजस्व-I)/2019-20/डीएस-VI/426 दिनांक 12 सितंबर, 2019, के तहत दिल्ली के राजपत्र, असाधारण, के भाग-IV में प्रकाशित किया गया था, और इसमें अंतिम बार अधिसूचना संख्या 43/2019-राज्य कर, दिनांक 3 अक्टूबर, 2019, जिसे सं. फा. 3(72)/वित्त (राजस्व-I)/2019-20/डीएस-VI/463, दिनांक 3 अक्टूबर, 2019, के तहत दिल्ली के राजपत्र, असाधारण, के भाग-IV में प्रकाशित किया गया था, के द्वारा संशोधन किया गया था।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 27 June, 2022
No. 04/2022-State Tax
No. F. 3(9)/Fin.(Exp-I)/2022-23/DS-I/540.—In exercise of the powers conferred under the proviso to sub- section (1) of section 10 of the Delhi Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (3 of 2017), the Lieutenant Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of this Government No.14/2019-State Tax, dated the 12th September, 2019, published in the Gazette of Delhi, Extraordinary, Part IV, vide number F.3(51)/Fin(Rev-I)/2019-20/DS-VI/426, dated the 12th September, 2019, namely:-
In the said notification, in the Table, after serial number 3 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial numbers and entries shall be inserted, namely :—
| ―4. | 6815 | Fly ash bricks or fly ash aggregate with 90 per cent. or more fly ash content; Fly ash blocks |
| 5. | 6901 00 10 | Bricks of fossil meals or similar siliceous earths |
| 6. | 6904 10 00 | Building bricks |
| 7. | 6905 10 00 | Earthen or roofing tiles‖. |
2. This notification shall come into force on the 1st day of April, 2022.
Note: The principal notification No.14/2019-State Tax, dated the 12th September, 2019, was published in the Gazette of Delhi, Extraordinary, Part IV, vide number F.3(51)/Fin(Rev-I)/2019-20/DS-VI/426, dated the 12th September, 2019, and was last amended by notification No. 43/2019 – State Tax, dated the 3rd October, 2019, published in the Gazette of Delhi, Extraordinary, Part IV, vide number F.3(72)/Fin.(Rev-I)/2019-20/DS- VI/463, dated the 3rd October, 2019.
