राष्ट्रीय राजधानी राज्य क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार GOVERNMENT OF THE NATIONAL CAPITAL TERRITORY OF DELHI दिल्ली, 4 जुलाई, 2022 .—औषधि नियमावली, 1945 के नियम 44 तथा प्रसाधन नियमावली, 2020 के नियम 7 के साथ पठित औषधि एवं प्रसाधन अधिनियम, 1940 (1940 का XXIII) की धारा 20 (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल एतद्‌द्वारा श्री षिव राज, वरिष्ठ वैज्ञानिक सहायक (एसएसए) औषधि परीक्षण प्रयोगषाला, राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार, को, औषधि नियमावली, 1945 की अनुसूची ग तथा ग-1 में विर्निर्दष्ट औषधि के अतिरिक्त एवं प्रसाधन का परीक्षण और विष्लेषण करने हेतु राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के लिए शासकीय राजपत्र में इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाषन की तिथि से सरकारी विष्लेषक के रूप में नियुक्त करते हैं ।

F.572-576.—In exercise of the power conferred by Section 20 (1) of the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 (XXIII of 1940), read with Rule 44 of the Drugs Rules, 1945 and Rule 7 of Cosmetics Rules, 2020, the Lt. Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi is pleased to appoint Sh. Shiv Raj, Senior Scientific Assistant (SSA), Drugs Testing Laboratory, Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi as Government Analyst for National Capital Territory of Delhi for carrying out the tests and analysis of cosmetics and drugs other than those specified in Schedule C and C-1 of the Drugs Rules, 1945 with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the official gazette.
