राष्ट्रीय राजधानी राज्य क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार GOVERNMENT OF THE NATIONAL CAPITAL TERRITORY OF DELHI दिल्ली, 18 जुलाई, 2022 फ . सं. 61 (1474)/Sele CWC& JJBs/DD(CPU)/DWCD/2021-22/7506-37.—किषोर न्याय (बच्चों की देखभाल और संरक्षण) अधिनियम 2015 (2016 का 2) की धारा 2 की उप धारा 59 के साथ धारा 4 की उप धारा 1 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, उपराज्यपाल राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेन्न्ा, दिल्ली सरकार को किषोर न्याय बोर्ड में निम्नलिखित नामों को सदस्य सामाजिक कार्यकर्ता के रूप में नामित करतें हैं। वे उक्त अधिनियम व उसके अन्तर्गत बनाए गए नियमों द्वारा प्रदत्त सभी शक्तियों व कर्तव्यों का प्रयोग राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेन्न्ा, दिल्ली में कानून का उल्लंघन करने वाले बच्चों हेतु कार्य करेंगे

उक्त सदस्य सामाजिक कार्यकर्ता किषोर न्याय बोर्ड. VI में अधिसूचना की तारीख से 3 साल की अवधि के लिए और
किषोर न्याय (बच्चों की देखभाल और संरक्षण) अधिनियम, 2015 और किषोर न्याय (बच्चों की देखभाल और संरक्षण) मॉडल
नियम 2016 के अनुसार कार्य करेंगें।

No. 61(1474)/Sele CWCs & JJBs/DD(CPU)/DWCD/2021-22/7506-37.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section 1 of section 4 read with sub-section 59 of section 2 of the Juvenile Justice (Care & Protection of Children) Act, 2015 (2 of 2016), Lt. Governor of the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi is pleased to nominate the following names as Members Social Worker in Juvenile Justice Board. They shall exercise the powers and discharge the duties conferred or imposed on such Boards in relation to the Children in Conflict with Law under the said Act, in the National Capital Territory of Delhi, namely: -

The aforesaid Member Social Workers shall function in Juvenile Justice Board-Vl for the period of 3 years from the date of notification and as per the Juvenile Justice (Care & Protection of Children) Act, 2015 and Juvenile Justice (Care & Protection of Children) Model Rules, 2016.
