.—समय-समय पर यथासंशोधित इस विभाग की दिनांक 3 अक्टूबर, 2001 की अधिसूचना संख्या फा. 17/6/2001/प्रशा. सु./10857-11158 तथा दिनांक 15 नवम्बर, 2002 की अधिसूचना सं. फा. 17/6/2001/प्रशा. सु./17587-886 के आंशिक आशोधन में तथा दिल्ली सूचना का अधिकार अधिनियम 2001 (2001 का दिल्ली अधिनियम सं. 7) की धारा 2 के खण्ड (क) द्वारा प्रदत शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल एतद्द्वारा इन विभागों अर्थात क्रमषः गृह विभाग, राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार (क्रम सं. 38) एवं भ्रष्टाचार निरोधक शाखा, राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार (क्रम सं. 77) सहित सतर्कता निदेषालय के संबंध में उक्त अधिनियम के प्रयोजनार्थ संबंधित अधिसूचनाओं के साथ संलग्न अनुलग्नक-I एवं परिशिष्ट-I में निम्नलिखित संषोधन करते हैं- संषोधनः-
1. दिनांक 03-10-2001 की अधिसूचना के अनुलग्नक-I में;

NOTIFICATION
Delhi, the 19th July, 2022
F. No. 17/01/2012/AR/4239-4288.—In partial modification of this Department's Notification No. F. 17/6/2001/AR/10857-11158 dated the 3rd October, 2001 and No. F.17/6/2001/AR/17587-886 dated 15th November, 2002 as amended from time to time and in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 2 of the Delhi Right to Information Act 2001 (Delhi Act No. 7 of 2001), the Lt. Governor of National Capital Territory of Delhi, hereby makes the following amendments in Annexure-I and Appendix-I annexed to the respective notifications for the purpose of the said Act, in respect of the Departments i.e. Home Department, Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi (S. No. 38) and Directorate of Vigilance including Anti Corruption Branch, Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi (S. No. 77) respectively.
Amendments:-
1 In Annexure-I to the Notification dated 03-10-2001;
the following shall be substituted, namely.
