स. एफ. 74/डीटीसी/एस.टी.ए./2005/71782.—भारत सरकार गृृह मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 735, दिनांक 24 फरवरी, 1977 के साथ पठित सार्वजनिक परिसर (अनाधिकृृत कब्जा धारियों को हटाना) अधिनियम, 1971 (1971 का 40) की धारा 3 द्वारा प्रदत्त षक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और इस प्रकार के अतिक्रमण से पूर्व कृृत्य या अकृृत्य से संबंधित को छोड़ कर परिवहन विभाग, राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र, दिल्ली सरकार की अधिसूचनाएं सं एफ. 74/डीटीसी/एस.टी.ए./2005/304 दिनांक 11 अगस्त, 2010 तथा सं. फा. 19(09)/सचि0/टी0पी0टी0/ 2020/51463 दिनांक 22 सितम्बर, 2020 को रद्‌्‌द करते हुए उप-राज्यपाल, राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र, दिल्ली,श्री अषोक कुमार, उप-मुख्य महाप्रबंधक (सिविल), दिल्ली परिवहन निगम को भारत सरकार के राजपत्रित अधिकारी की 5283 DG/2022 (1) 2 DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY PART IV] श्रेणी के समकक्ष अधिकारी होने पर उपरोक्त अधिनियम के उद्‌्‌देष्य के लिए और प्रदत्त षक्तियों का प्रयोग करने के लिए तथा दिल्ली परिवहन निगम के प्रषासनिक नियंत्रण के अधीन सार्वजनिक परिसर से संबंधित कथित अधिनियम के द्वारा अथवा के अधीन सम्पदा अधिकारी को सौंपे गये कर्तव्यों को निष्पादित करने के लिए एतद्‌्‌त द्वारा सम्पदा अधिकारी नियुक्त करते हैं।

NOTIFICATION

No. F. 74/DTC/STA/2005/71782.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Public Premises (Eviction of Unauthorized Occupants) Act, 1971 (40 of 1971) read with the Government of India, Ministry of Home Affairs, Notification No. S.O. 735 dated 24th February, 1977 and in super-session of Government notifications No. F. 74/DTC/STA/2020 dated 11th August, 2010 and No. F.19(09)/Sectt/Tpt/2020/51463, dated the 22nd September, 2020 of the Transport Department, Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi, except in respect of things done or omitted to be done before such super-session, the Lieutenant Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, hereby appoints Shri Ashok Kumar, Deputy Chief General Manager (Civil), Delhi Transport Corporation, being an officer of equivalent rank to that of a gazetted officer of the Government, to be the Estate Officer for the purpose of the said Act, and to exercise the powers conferred, and to perform the duties imposed on estate officer by or under the said Act in respect of Public Premises, under the administrative control of the Delhi Transport Corporation.
