राष्ट्रीय राजधानी राज्य क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार GOVERNMENT OF THE NATIONAL CAPITAL TERRITORY OF DELHI दिल्ली, 12 अगस्त, 2022 74376.—मोटर वाहन अधिनियम, 1988 (1988 का अधिनियम 59) की धारा 2 के खंड (41) के साथ पठित धारा 115 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल इस बात को उचित समझते हुए एवंम संतुष्ट होने पर कि यह जन-सुरक्षा की दृष्टि से एवं दिल्ली की आम जनता की सुविधा के हित में है, इसके द्वारा अधिनियम संख्या 19(183)/परिवहन/सचि./ 2017/70257 दिनांक 03 अगस्त, 2021 में निम्नलिखित रूप से परिवर्तन करते हैंः-
1. अनुसूची में संशोधन :-
(1) तालिका में, क्रमांक 3 तथा 4 की प्रविष्टियों को विला कर निम्नानुसार प्रतिस्थापन किया जाएगाः-
| 3 | स्ांपूर्ण फ़िरनी रोड/ सकु लर र् रोड़, नजफ़गढ ़(दिल्ली गेट-छावला रोड़ क्रॉसिंग-ढांसा रोड क्रॉसिंग-झडोदा | भारी माल वाहन और मध्यम माल वाहन | प्रातः 07ः00 बजे से रात्रिः 11ः00 बजे तक। |

| स्टैंड/ क्रॉसिंग-नांगलोई स्टैंड/ क्रॉसिंग-फर्नीचर बाजार-ग्रामीण स्वास्थ प्रशिक्षण के ंद्र-दिल्ली ग ेट जिसमें टी-पॉइंट क्राइस्ट मेथोडिस्ट चर्च और श्रीकृष्ण मंदिर टी-पॉइंट के बीच का रोड़ स्ट्रेच भी शामिल है।। | हल्के माल वाहन (3 पहियों वाले हल्के माल वाहनो ं को छोड़कर) | प्रातः 07ः00 बजे से प्रातः 11ः00 बजे और सायः 05ः00 बजे से रात्रि 11ः00 बजे तक। |
(2) क्रमांक 5 से 12 की प्रविष्टियों को क्रमांक 4 से 11 के रूप में पुनः क्रमांकित किया जाएगा। (3) क्रमांक संख्या 12 की प्रविष्टियाँ जो अब क्रमांक 11 हो गई हैं, उन्हें निम्नानुसार प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगाः-
| 11 | करोल बाग, सदर बाजार, कमला नगर, गांधीनगर, विकास मार्ग, सरोजनी नगर, ग ्रीन पार्क, लाजपत नगर, युसुफ सराय, महिपालपुर, राजौरी गार्डन, तिलक नगर, मुख्य बाजार सेक्टर 10, द्वारका के आसपास/ सड़को पर। ं | माल वाहनो ं की सभी श्रेणियां। | दोपहर 12ः30 बजे से रात्रि 08ः00 बजे तक। विभिन्न श्रेणियों के वाहनो ं के लिए समय-समय पर अधिसूचित मौजूदा निषेध भी लागू रहेगा। |
(4) एक प्रविष्टि निम्न क्रमांक पर निम्नानुसार डाली जाएगीः-
| 12 | मुख्य नांगलाई-नजफगढ़ रोड नांगलोई चौक से रिशाल गार्डन तक। | भारी माल वाहन, मध्यम माल वाहन और हल्के माल वाहन (3 पहिया हल्के माल वाहनो ं को छोड़कर)। | प्रातः 07ः00 बजे से प्रातः 11ः00 बजे और सायः 05ः00 बजे से रात्रि 11ः00 बजे तक। |
2. उक्त अधिसूचना का तीसरा अंतिम पैरा अर्थात '' विभिन्न श्रेणियों के वाहनों के लिए समय-समय पर अधिसूचित मौजूदा निषेधाज्ञा भी लागू रहेगी'' का लोप किया जाता है।
3. इलेक्ट्रिक हल्के माल वाहक वाहनों (वाहन श्रेणी एल 5 एन और एन 1) को निर्दिष्ट समय तथा चिन्हित सड़कों पर इन वाहनों को चलने और निष्क्रिया पार्किग करने के लिए किसी भी प्रतिबंध से दी गई छूट जारी रहेगी।
4. मोटर वाहन अधिनियम, 1988 की धारा 116 के अधीन उक्त निषेधाज्ञा/ प्रतिबन्धो का संकेत देने वाले उपयुक्त सूचनात्मक टै्रफिक संकेतों द्वारा उपयुक्त स्थानों पर चिन्हित किया जाएगा।
5. यह अधिसूचना आधिकारिक राजपत्र में इसके प्रकाशन की तारीख से लागू होगी।

F. No. 19 (183)/Tpt./Sectt./2017/74376.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 115 read with clause (41) of section 2 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 (59 of 1988), the Lieutenant Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi on being satisfied that it is necessary in the interest of public safety and convenience of general public of Delhi do hereby amend the NotificationNo. F. 19 (183)/Tpt./Sectt./2017/70257 dated 03rd August, 2021 in the following manner:-
1. Amendments of Schedule:-
(1) In the table, the entries at serial number 3 and 4 shall be merged and substituted as under:-

(3) The entries at serial number 12 which now become serial number 11 shall be substituted as under:-

2. The 3rd last para of the said notification i.e. "The existing prohibition as notified from time to time for different categories of vehicles shall also prevail" shall be deleted.
3. The exemption from any prohibition of plying and idle parking shall continue to prevail on the e-Light Goods Vehicles (vehicle category L5N and N1) on identified roads during specified times.
4. This shall also be indicated by appropriate traffic signs placed or erected under section 116 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 at suitable places.
5. This notification shall come into force from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
