II दिल्ली, 31 अगस्त, 2022 II/ .—जबकि, आदेश संख्या 12639-739/प्रषासनिक शाखा/यातायात, दिल्ली दिनांक 25.07.2007 के द्वारा आम जनता की सुविधा के लिए सामुदायिक केंद्र, सैक्टर 10 द्वारका, नई दिल्ली पर एक सामान्य टैक्सी स्टैंड को अधिसूचित किया गया था । और जबकि, अधिसूचना प्राधिकारी ने बाद में अधिसूचना को निरस्त करने का अधिकार सुरक्षित रखा है यदि जनहित में ऐसा करना जरूरी हो या भूमि स्वामित्व एजेंसी द्वारा किसी प्रकार की आपत्ति उठाई जाती है ।

और जबकि, भूमि स्वामित्व एजेंसी ने यह सूचित किया है कि उपरोक्त भूमि पर एक उत्सव स्थल के निर्माण की

योजना बनाई गई है।

इसलिए, अब, मैं, अजय पाल सिंह, उपायुक्त पुलिस/यातायात (मुख्यालय), दिल्ली, दिल्ली पुलिस अधिनियम, 1978 की धारा 28 (1) (बी) के साथ पठित 'दिल्ली सड़कों व गलियों में वाहनों और अन्य यातायात नियन्त्रण विनियम-1980' की धारा 3 के तहत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए एत्‌दद्वारा सामुदायिक केंद्र, सैक्टर 10 द्वारका, नई दिल्ली पर अधिसूचित सामान्य टैक्सी स्टैंड को तुरन्त प्रभाव से डीनोटिफाई करने का आदेश जारी करता हँ । 5857 DG/2022 (1) 2 DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY PART IV] सामान्य जनता के सूचनार्थ इस आदेश को सरकारी राजपत्र में प्रकाशित किया जाएगा तथा समस्त जिला पुलिस उपायुक्तों मय यातायात इकाई और समस्त थानों दिल्ली/नई दिल्ली के सूचना पट्‌टों पर इसकी एक प्रति चिपकाई जाएगी ।

यह आदेश तत्काल प्रभाव से लागू होगा ।

मेरे द्वारा इस कार्यालय की मोहर के साथ दिनांॅक 31/08/2022 को जारी किया गया ।

NOTIFICATION

Delhi, the 31st August, 2022

F. No. 20/4/2003/HP-II/1827.—Whereas, a General Taxi Stand was notified vide Order No. 12639- 739/Admn. Br./Traffic dated 25.07.2007 at Community Centre, Sector-10, Dwarka, New Delhi for the convenience of general public. And whereas, the notifying authority has reserved the right to cancel the notification subsequently, if warranted in public interest or any objection raised by the land owning agency.

And whereas, land owning agency has informed that on the above land construction of Utsav Sthal has been planned.

Now, therefore, I, Ajay Pal Singh, DeputyCommissioner of Police, Traffic (HQ), Delhi in exercise of powers conferred upon me under Regulation 3of the Delhi Control of vehicular and Other Traffic on Road and Street Regulations, 1980, do hereby order that the denotification of general taxi stand with immediate effect notified at Community Centre, Sector-10, Dwarka, New Delhi.

This order shall be published for information of the general public in the official gazette and by affixing a copy on the notice board of the offices of all DCsP/Traffic-Districts, District DCsP and all Police Stations in Delhi/New Delhi.

This order shall come into force with immediate effect.
