I दिल्ली, 1 सितम्बर, 2022 & I .—राज्य मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार की दिनांक 24 अगस्त, 1950 की अधिसूचना संख्या 104-जे जिसे राज्य मंत्रालय की दिनांक 20 सितंबर, 1950 की अधिसूचना संख्या 124-जे द्वारा यथासंशोधित किया गया; के साथ पठित पंजीकरण अधिनियम, 1908 (1908 का 16) की धारा (3) की उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा इस सरकार की दिनांक 14.10.2021 की अधिसूचना संख्या सं0 फा03(73)/वित्त(टी एवं ई)/05-06/डीएसआई/223.228 के अधिक्रमण में राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल एतद् द्वारा प्रधान सचिव (राजस्व)-सह-मंडलीय आयुक्त, दिल्ली को उनके प्रधान सचिव (राजस्व)/मंडलीय आयुक्त के पद पर कार्यभार ग्रहण करने की तिथि से आगामी आदेशों तक राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के लिए पंजीयन महानिरीक्षक के रूप नियुक्त करते हैं।

No. 3(73)/Fin(T&E)/05-06/DS-I/ 726.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub section (1) section (3) of the Registration Act, 1908 (16 of 1908) read with the Government of India, Ministry of states Notification No. 104-J dated 24th August, 1950 as modified by the Ministry of States Notification No. 124-J dated 20th September, 1950 and in supersession of Notification of this Government No. F. 3(73)/ Fin.(T&E)/05-06/dsi/223-228 dated 14.10.2021, the Lt. Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi is pleased to appoint Principal Secretary (Revenue)-cum Divisional Commissioner, Delhi as the Inspector General of Registration for the National Capital Territory of Delhi with effect from the date he/she assumes charge of the office of the Principal Secretary (Revenue)/Divisional Commissioner, till further orders.
