फा. सं. 50/202 (16)/एफ एण्ड एस/ सीए/2020/878-890.—उपभोक्ता संरक्षण अधिनियम, 2019 (2019 का 35) की धारा 74 की उपधारा (1) के द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल एतद् द्वारा दिल्ली राज्य उपभोक्ता विवाद निवारण आयोग तथा सभी जिला उपभोक्ता विवाद निवारण आयोग में एक मध्यस्थता प्रकोष्ठ स्थापित करते हैं ।
2. मध्यस्थता प्रकोष्ठ को दिल्ली राज्य उपभोक्ता विवाद निवारण आयोग तथा सभी जिला उपभोक्ता विवाद निवारण आयोग से संलग्न किया जाएगा तथा उन आयोगों के अध्यक्ष द्वारा अध्यक्षता की जाएगी ।
3. उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 75 (1) के अनुसार मध्यस्थता प्रकोष्ठ में मध्यस्थों का एक पैनल होगा।

F. No. 50/202(16)/F&S/CA/2020/878-890.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 74 of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (35 of 2019), the Lt. Governor of National Capital Territory of Delhi hereby establishes a Mediation Cell in the State Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission and in all District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commissions, Delhi.
2. The Mediation Cell shall be attached to the State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission and all District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commissions and headed by the President of that Commissions.
3. The Mediation Cell shall have a panel of mediators as per Section 75 (1) of the said Act.
